“Great location, as well as clean, quiet, restful. No complaints.”

“In theory, this is a fantastic place to stay. Wonderful property, great amenities, private location. The issue is in the condition of the house itself. One of the first things that greeted us was 4 overflowing trash bins outside, ransacked by animals. Walking inside we immediately found that the house had many things that are half finished. Trim work missing, paint incomplete and hazardous problems all over (sliding screen doors coming off the tracks, door handles falling off, electrical wires...

“The room had an odor, the telephone didn’t work, the elevator wasn’t working, the carpet was wet, and we had 1-2 flies everyday not sure where they were coming from, turns out this floor had been flooded back in April and they hadn’t finished this floor”

“Beds were super comfy, hotel was very clean, & workers were very friendly! Pool wasn't working- again (wasn't working back in April either). Should get a discount if not working or at least notified when booking. Was very disappointed in this as my child was planning on swimming. Breakfast was the exact same both mornings- should switch it up so you're not stuck with the same food. Didn't eat much since the eggs, potatoes, & sausage links are peppery & I can't eat anything wit pepper. Breakfast...
