“Worst stay ever”

“The property is really run down. Busted tiles, ripped carpeting, beat up furniture and walls, and stained shower. The sheets were clean, but the rest of the room felt dirty, including the floors. The front desk staff during the day were really pleasant, but the evening staff didn’t know what they were doing. I overheard a woman say that she went into her room after check in and someone was already in it! Really disorganized. ”

“The room was immaculately cleaned and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The shower pressure was strong and quickly heated up. You won't get much sleep if anyone is staying in the rooms next to you. The walls are too thin and I could hear the conversations and television playing throughout the night which kept me up. The noise in the hallway reverberates and you'll hear every knock on the door in the morning from housekeeping. ”

“The hot tub was one of the best that we've seen. The breakfast was just so so and the staff didn't seem at all concerned about helping get the food in order. The counter around the food was messy and when you needed a fork or spoon you had to remind the staff to put more on the counter. In addition, the shower head in our room was broken so water sprayed everywhere.”
