“I will admit the exterior is off putting. The exterior gives it a sketchy feel but once I stepping onto the lobby/office that all changed. The staff was friendly and helpful. “It was a great experience. They upgraded us into a huge room with a walk in shower and beautiful glass blocks, letting the sunshine shine in on us.
