“Whenever there was an issue they helped immediately. They were helpful and accounting and respectful. It was a comfortable stay. I do miss the latte machine. Hope they bring it back. Thank you!”

“For the price the room was very small, and the bathroom does not have much privacy because of the sliding door. You have to pay for valet parking separately as well. I’d say it is an okay place to stay. Staff was very helpful and nice”

“Pros: The room was nice. We enjoyed how the bathtub was inside the large wall-in shower. The tub was large enough to comfortably fit two people. Very comfy bath robes. The food at the tavern was so-so, they offered a “boozy brunch” and the cap was four small mimosas. Enough to get a light buzz, but nothing to write home about. Probably an OLCC thing. It was only $13 though, so it was a steal price-wise! Onto the STAFF—All employees were all so pleasant to deal with. They open doors for you, say...

“This hotel was beautiful the beds were so comfortable the staff was friendly and very helpful it's located in a central location easy to walk to all other areas the TriMet was right at the corner to hop on so you can visit anything all over Portland”
