Be Warned if you have pets! Even though the listing shows pet friendly and also says "Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees" this is NOT the case. When I booked the house, I included the total amount of people staying and said I was bringing a pet. I was never told I needed to do anything else.There is no mention of any pet fees on the listing like other pet friendly homes. After my stay, I was charged an extra 300 for the "pet fee" and "cleaning charges" for a "stain" on a comforter that we did NOT cause. It's funny that I'm charged a "cleaning fee" when the house was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. The kitchen was dirty. The coffee machine was filthy and still had coffee grounds in it from the previous user. We had to clean and rewash everything. We weren't able to use the Jacuzzi because it had a bad smell, so we didn't want to chance getting into it. We thouroughly cleaned the house before we left but the host was upset because she found white dog hair. I have a golden retriever and even though he didn't get on the furniture, it's not always possible to control where the hairs land that fly through the air. If dog hair is that much of an issue, it shouldn't be a "pet friendly" home. I wouldn't worry about cleaning before you leave, you will be charged for something anyway.
