“Non c'e l'ascensore! Televisore non funzionante, la ragazza al check in se ne e' fregata malgrado la NS richiesta di supporto. Era seccata quando le abbiamo chiesto una camera al piano terra, senza ascensore era impossibile portare i bagagli al primo piano. Vasca piena di capelli. Finestra rotta da cui entrava il rumore della strada molto trafficata. Tende oscuranti non c'erano. Terribile.
L'unica persona che lavora veramente e' il signore addetto alle colazioni, bravo e gentile. Il personale...

“If you are on a tight budget it will do. But the plumbing fixtures were hard to figure out, the tub drain was SUPER slow, hair on the wall of the shower, ice machine out of order, everything is run down. The TV had problems. I called the front desk and was told it had to be a problem with the cable company. The place was really nice at one time a long time ago. Really needs some maintenance! The beds were clean and comfortable. ”
