“We had a wonderful stay at hotel Encanto during our two nights stay. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. We loved the tile bathroom floor and the toiletries left in the bathroom. And they will be upgrading to the larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower area too be greener and not waste product. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub area. “First room was given had blood stains throughout bedding sheets blankets etc. No lights worked and there was what looked like was feces on the wall. Complained got new room. Which wasnt much better. Still had numerous stains on bedding. But lights worked. But since didn't get to hotel till 1am and was not going be at room but a couple hours stayed night. Checked out the very next morning and found another hotel right next to this one and was too notch. At similar cost.”
