“We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 pm, we kept our part of the contract, our room was not ready until almost 8:00 pm! This was completely unacceptable! We had just driven 5 hours in terrible traffic, we're very tired. We got something to eat and still sat and waited 2 hours for our room. The only explanation was it wasn't ready yet, three hours and they could not get our room ready ? I am very disappointed in the staff for allowing this to happen.”

“It’s old musty smelling. The jets in the tub were not clean. The breakfast was ok, not great. The breakfast area furniture was worn out and they were stains on the chairs in the lobby area. The room itself was a big size and could be very nice. The ACs were either too hot or too cold. I will travel in the area again, but I will not pick this place. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t good.”

“Expedia should harder in helping their customers once they a terrible hotel to their website based off the photos that on the website, making the hotel look better than it actually was an inconvenience in their customers they should work hard on helping, and making sure their customers are happy. The hotel was a old hotel, dirty towels, dirty tub old sheets. Breakfast was not good.”
