    Enter the gate of luxury and enjoy your own private pool, luxury grounds and a beautiful villa.

    The villa offers a stunning layout with a large living room, seating 5, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen to cater not only for you but any guests you have over. The entertainment centre features a large flat screen TV, full international stations as well as FREE wifi. There are 3 bedrooms, a double master with ensuite shower. the second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds. There is also a family full bathroom. The decor of the villa fits a luxury lifestyle. The villa enjoys full central air conditioning as well.

    Outside you have the private pool, sunloungers to enjoy and upstairs a huge solarium to sit and enjoy the evening stars or relax in the day. There is also a BBQ for those wishing to try some outdoor cooking. In all this is an amazing villa and perfect for a family holiday in Spain

    You are about a 20 minute walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza full of restaurants and bars and in the summer you may even see some headline music stars. The plaza has a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well known restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, The Bay City Rollers, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

    Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, location location location!!!!

    As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

    *There is a compulsory 140 euro end-of-stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

Property not very clean bbq filthy property size good pool needed a clean toilet seat very loose (dangerous) door handles loose. But I fixed one didn’t have screws to fix other one shutter broke overall good points and bad we just made the best of it.

Firstly the good points, the villa is in a good location near to the plaza and other shops and restaurants. The villa is a good size for us as a party of 6 adults. The villa is advertised as ‘luxury’ which it is not currently, it is being massively let down by the maintenance and cleanliness of it. When we arrived we were told that the TV and a shutter were broken, there was also a very nasty smell in the fridge. We noticed that the place was not cleaned to a basic standard, food debris on floors inside and out, stains and sticky surfaces. There was 1 bottle of used hand soap for 6 guests and two toilet roll, there were no shampoo in any of the bathrooms, these by their own advert are ‘essentials’. There were stains on bedding, A light in the living room area is attached to the ceiling by sellotape, part of the coffee table was taped up. Given the high cleaning fee it is totally unacceptable that the villa was in that condition. We were shown how to use the BBQ but advised the ignition switch was broken so to used the lighter provided, there was no lighter. On the first night a chair broke whilst one of our party were sitting in it, luckily no one was hurt. My daughter cut her foot quite badly on a sharp tile by the pool, there was no first aid kit found and when we messaged the host to ask if they had one they replied with “I don’t know” they didn’t seem concerned as to why we might of needed a first aid kit. We tried to find information on where a pharmacy was, there isn’t
