ACCESS TO THE VILLA
Villa Serenità is a single-storey villa offering optimum accessibility for all. Located in the heart of the prestigious Vistabella golf course, you will enjoy a secure and peaceful environment. You can park your car in front of the villa, in the cul-de-sac, ensuring convenient, secure parking.

Residents of Villa Serenità have access to all the amenities of the Vistabella Golf complex, including the 18-hole golf course, padel tennis courts, and boules courts. There are also bars, restaurants, a mini-market and a cash machine within walking distance of the villa.

There is a bus stop inside the complex, making it easy to get to Torrevieja and La Zenia shopping centre. In addition, private parking is available at the villa, providing convenient and secure parking.

Access to the villa is simple thanks to our connected lock and intercom. Before you arrive, we'll provide you with access codes via our traveller app, so you can settle in with peace of mind as soon as you arrive.

As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, facilitating communication with our teams, as well as access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings.

ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
By car
The villa is easily accessible by car. From Alicante International Airport, take the A-7 motorway towards Torrevieja/Murcia. Follow the A-7 for approximately 30 minutes, then take exit 751 towards Torrevieja/Orihuela. Continue along the CV-945, following the signs for Vistabella Golf.

By Plane
Alicante International Airport is approximately 40 minutes' drive from Villa Serenità. This well-connected airport offers regular flights to many international and national destinations, making it easy for you to arrive and depart.

By train
The nearest train station is Orihuela, with rail links to several major Spanish cities. From the station, take the CV-95 towards Torrevieja, then join the CV-945 following the signs for Vistabella Golf. Villa Serenità is approximately 20 minutes' drive from Orihuela train station.
