“The Good: As an American, the breakfast is much better than what you are offered in American hotels. Also this hotel is extremely close to the airport. The hotel is attached to a half dozen restaurants in the adjacent shopping complex. A/C worked well in the room. The room was very clean and modern. “Me encanto que las habitaciones y el baño estaban muy limpias, realmente en cuanto a limpieza le doy un 10 porque estuvo excelente. En general estuvo bien solo tuve un inconveniente que el primer día mi familia pidió almuerzo y la pechuga de pollo de mi mamá estaba algo salada y no se dijo nada. Luego pedí mi almuerzo pero mi bagre en salsa estaba extra salado, era demasiado y le comuniqué a la persona que nos estaba atendiendo y el no dio ninguna opción de solución ni nada. No volvimos a comer...

“Si efectivamente el hotel bonito, la atención buena y amable Pero resulta que el hotel no contaba con agua durante los tres días de hospedaje, fue terrible eso y aparte la parte de que no fueron honestos con nosotros a la hora del check in, o sea de decirnos que no había agua, nosotros pagamos todo y resulta que solicitamos una devolución de una parte de lo pagado por el tema del agua y nunca nos dieron respuesta, enserio que fue muy triste y que mala experiencia en ese sentido con el hotel”

“Hotel Camoruco was a wonderful place to stay in Yopal. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area if wanted to know about places for food or excursions. Hotel itself is on a main street that had plently of restaurants, cafes and stores all within walking distance so very convenient.
