“Staff is wonderful - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was always fully stocked. Common areas very clean. Room clean and serviced daily (even though we were told at check in it would only be every other day). Gym well equipped. ”

The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!”

“The pool is only open till 8pm. There we multiple noise complaints about us for just normal activities. We could hear our neighbors enjoying there vacation (it was loud ) while we were trying to sleep (the walls seemed very thin). Walking down the halls we could hear conversations coming from other rooms. No maid service was given, no clean towels, beds weren’t made, garbage wasn’t emptied. The was food on the floor around the bed. There were no manager on site when I tried to see about...
