“Check in process and parking were very convenient. We stayed here prior to an early flight out of MCO. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great location to the airport! Breakfast was nice before boarding and the dining area was also very clean.”

“this is my favorite hotel ever, have stayed here multiple times. however this time my room had several bugs in it, I think the person who stayed in it before didn’t close the balcony door properly. It was tough to get service at the bar, servers seemed to be helping other guests more. it said you could pay for late checkout but when I asked about it they said it was booked. that being said the resort is beautiful and I always enjoy my time, was just slightly disappointed this time. ”
