“I went on a mini trip with my son for spring break and we absolutely loved it. Our room and everywhere in the hotel was so clean and they were on top of mopping the floors everywhere we walked. The breakfast was wonderful and had a large variety, we were full until lunchtime every single day. The pool was well maintained and we took advantage of swimming every day we were there. Definitely making this hotel my go-to when we visit Florida again. ”

“this is my favorite hotel ever, have stayed here multiple times. however this time my room had several bugs in it, I think the person who stayed in it before didn’t close the balcony door properly. It was tough to get service at the bar, servers seemed to be helping other guests more. it said you could pay for late checkout but when I asked about it they said it was booked.
that being said the resort is beautiful and I always enjoy my time, was just slightly disappointed this time. ”
