*Please be aware there is a mandatory $20 per home (per night) resort fee payable at the front desk on arrival.

But you may need a few domestic items while you are staying at our home, such as shampoo, extra hand soap, washing-up liquid, additional toilet roll, trash bags etc.
Towels (not pool towels) and sheets are all included with the rental.

Resort Fees of $20 per townhome per night stay will be collected at check in for access to Gated Community and Amenities! Front Desk is open 24 hrs. The gate is monitored by a Guard 24 hours for access assistance. 4 BBQ areas complete with charcoal grill are strategically located around the community (1st come basis, no rental needed).
