This place exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The check in process was easy and seamless. It was close to all the Disney parks, grocery store, gas station, etc. The additional pools, hot tub, splash pad, mini golf, was a plus and close to our unit. We would definitely stay here again!

We had to adjust our stay as some family was not able to come last minute and the manager was able to move us from a townhome to a condo, refunding us the difference. I was extremely grateful as we were past the date of refunding and he was so understanding. The condo was clean and felt brand new and fresh. The beds were so comfortable! The pool / lazy river area was amazing and we wished we could have spent more time there enjoying the sun and water. We look forward to coming back again soon.

We loved our stay at this property! We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to a hurricane, but the property was amazing and so close to Disney and all the activities we were planning to do as a family. We definitely hope to be able to come back soon and stay longer! Thanks for a great stay!

The 5 bedroom home is comfortable. It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were big as well as the bathrooms. The common areas are big as well. Parking was plentiful and close. This the backyard pool is the perfect size to cool off, relax and private. The resort amenities are nice for littles to adults. The location is near lots of restaurant and entertainment. Definitely would rent again.

I came down for Scoliosis Intensive Care treatment. I had to stay 2 weeks for the treatment. When we came in the house looked ok and it was in a good spot to drive back and forth to Dr. at first the house seemed clean but when you started walking on the floor your shoes would stick to the floor. We had to tempo the floors to remove the sticky mess. The vacuum cleaner does not work and the toilet in the down stairs wobbles when you sit down. The cleaners really need to do a better job cleaning and caring for the house. The corners were all full of nasty floor junk. It is really unfair to the owner and the clients when the cleaners rush through and don’t do a good job. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it after a long day of treatment. My only complaint would be the cleaners need to treat the house as though it was there own. Or at least do a deep clean every 3 months.

The property was immaculate. The house itself was very spacious and cozy. Neighborhood was safe and centrally located near to shopping plazas, Walmart and theme parks. Will definitely be back next year.

Property was clean, as described in the listing. Hot tub is not at the house, this was a little disappointing but the pool was awesome for the kids. I like how the pool has a safety net and not too deep. Accessing the property was a little troublesome and seemed to be an issue for most guests. QR code provided should be universal and able to be used at all gates. My GPS took me to the entrance closest to my rental property the QR code provided was not for that entrance but I never knew where the other entrance was. Overall great stay though

Myself and two friends with their daughters stayed for our kids national dance competition 5 minutes from the venue. It was perfect and convenient. Gave us enough space and the pool came in good use. We are already talking about booking it again if we do the same competition next year.

We stayed at this house with another family (4 adults, 4 teenagers), and had plenty of room to spread out! The house had everything we needed to cook meals, huge refrigerator, and was beautifully decorated! Parking was easy with the shared lot right across from the house. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Orlando area. Really close to restaurants, gas stations, and a grocery store.

The house looks like the pictures and communication was excellent. Beds comfortable. Cleanliness was an issue as was noise. The property absolutely was not vacuumed prior to us getting there. There was trash on the steps going upstairs when we arrived and in one bedroom. House was surface clean but not actually clean. Bathroom floors and showers were rusty and baseboards filthy. The house is a townhome and walls are paper thin. We could hear the people next door running up and down the steps all night, felt like they were in our place. The house is next to a busy road and noise was an issue all night long from outside as well. Bedrooms all fine. One bedroom has no dresser or drawers at all, a little strange- only a closet to store clothing.

Great home, in an amazing community at a great rate. The Club house was a lot of fun, not too busy, plenty of inflatable tubes to go around at the lazy river. Publix was right across the street from the main entrance. I wish we could have stayed longer.
