Welcome to your spacious, modern 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood just minutes away from the major theme parks! Perfect for families or groups of friends, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Relax in the stylish living area, enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of counter space, or unwind in the beautiful screened-in outdoor space. The pool area is surrounded by lounge chairs and a spa, creating the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The Space:
Let’s talk about the pool! The home features a stunning, screened-in outdoor area, complete with lounge chairs, a dining table, and a spacious pool deck. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, unwind in the spa, or simply relax while overlooking a lush green nature preserve for added privacy.

For entertainment, our custom poker table doubles as a dining table. The garage has been converted into an epic game room, featuring a pool table, LCD TV, and a gaming station stocked with hundreds of video games.

The bedrooms are cozy and tastefully decorated, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. Two master suites each have en-suite bathrooms, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, and six twin beds (two sets of bunk beds and two single beds).

Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, so you can stream your favorite shows and movies.

Neighborhood:
Located in the peaceful town of Clermont, Florida, this home offers a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of nearby tourist attractions. Just 20 minutes from Disney, the neighborhood provides a serene atmosphere with tree-lined streets and beautifully manicured lawns. The area has a suburban, upscale feel, with friendly neighbors often seen out for walks. With little to no traffic or noise, you’ll find the neighborhood to be a calm oasis in a prime location.

For your safety, the property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras that record video for up to 30 days. Cameras are located at the front of the house above the garage, on the side of the house, and above the pool deck. The front camera has an audio feature that will greet you as you approach the property.

House Rules and Reminders:
AC Settings: The thermostat must remain set no lower than 70°F. If set lower, the AC will automatically reset, and you’ll be responsible for any service charges if it shuts down. By booking, you accept this policy.
Pool and Internet Equipment: Please refrain from tampering with pool or internet equipment. If any issues arise, contact our staff for assistance. If necessary, try resetting devices before reaching out.
Checkout Reminders:
Pile all used towels in the hallway.
Bag all trash and place it at the curb if it’s trash day.
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle.
Collect all personal belongings from inside and outside the home. Check closets, drawers, and bathrooms. Items left behind will be recycled due to COVID concerns.
Report any broken or damaged items.

We provide essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to replenish these items. Trash bags are provided, but you may need additional bags.

Check-in is available from 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on your departure day.
