This Villa offers a minimalist and tastefully decorated concept. Each Bedroom and Living Room has its own TV with Direct TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with all your kitchen appliances and gadgets for your family needs. In this Villa sleeps 8 guests in 3 private bedrooms. Dining room area seats 8 guests and kitchen island seats 4 guests. No Resort Fees, Free Parking, Free Wi-Fi, Laundry Room inside your Villa, and EV Charging Stations inside the Community Resort. Clubhouse with Pool, Hot-Tub and Gym.

Please note you will have to bring extra supplies for longer stays. Our Welcome Kits only offer you comfortability upon arrival, but any extra needed items are not included.

Ring Security DoorBell is installed outside the Villa Front Door for your Safety and the Property's Safety. The Back Patio and Interior areas are NOT recorded.

*Trash is collected daily by the Summerville Resort, starting at 11AM. LOSE ITEMS OUTSIDE THE BAGS, WILL NOT BE COLLECTED.
*PLEASE, ALL TRASH MUST BE PLACED IN THE MORNING HOURS in a tied trash bag inside the storage bench located directly outside the front door. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OVERNIGHT, your Villa is located next to a Nature Reserve with wildlife presence, and some animals can roam around looking for food!
