A newly-built contemporary pool home located in the gated Champions Gate Resort, offering unbeatable amenities. The 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa has a bright and fresh interior with all new furnishings, games room, plus a sunny private pool area with hot tub. All the comforts of staying in a home with the fun of a vacation resort!

At the heart of the home is a spacious living area providing a luxurious place to come together and relax. The double height space has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the large screen smart TV, and looks out onto the pool deck. High speed Wi-Fi and cable TV is included.

The modern kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family and offers high-end stainless steel appliances plus Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar for a quick bite – or enjoy a full meal at the formal dining table. There is a highchair in the home if you have a little one.

The first master bedroom is located downstairs in a coastal theme. The room has a kingsize bed and ensuite with access to the pool deck – a notable convenience whilst enjoying a day by the pool. The second master room is located upstairs with the other bedrooms. The large room includes a kingsize bed, seating area and ensuite boasting double sinks, separate toilet and walk-in shower as well as garden bathtub.

The kids will love the Disney room which includes two full-size beds and twin bunk over one of them. There are two further queen bedrooms elegantly decorated. Each room has a smart TV, ceiling fan and its own bathroom. A pac-n-play crib is also available in the home.

There are hours of fun to be had in the games room, including foosball and air hockey tables.

The private pool deck enjoys the sun through most of the day, but also features a covered area for some shade. Splash around in the crystal clear swimming pool or relax in the bubbling hot tub. Please advise if pool/hot tub heating or BBQ preparation is required – available at an additional cost.

The Champions Gate Resort is an exclusive gated community, conveniently located near shops, restaurants and all the attractions Orlando has to offer. Disney is 25 mins drive and Universal 35 mins. The stunning resort facilities are free to use and include a large tropical swimming pool, meandering lazy river and kids splash pad / waterslide, plus cabanas and tiki bar.
