### The Space

Welcome to your magical Orlando getaway! This gorgeous 4-bedroom townhouse is perfectly designed for families, sleeping up to 10 guests just minutes from Disney. Imagine the kids' faces lighting up in the whimsical Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter-themed bedrooms. After a thrilling day at the parks, you can unwind in your very own private splash pool.

The open-concept main floor is the heart of the home. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar flows into a dining area that seats eight. The comfortable living room features a 42" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. Step outside to your private patio, complete with a splash pool and a grill for fun family barbecues.

Upstairs, you'll find four cozy bedrooms. The sophisticated master suite boasts a King bed and a private bathroom. A second suite offers a Queen bed and its own bathroom. The kids will love the themed rooms: one with a trundle bunk bed (Full + 2 Twins) in a cheerful Mickey theme, and another with two Twin beds for aspiring wizards in a Harry Potter-inspired space. A convenient work desk and a laundry area with a washer and dryer complete the second floor.

### Guest Access

You will have exclusive access to the entire two-story townhouse, including the private patio and splash pool. Additionally, you are welcome to enjoy the fantastic resort amenities at Le Rêve, which include a large community pool and a fitness center, open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM.

### The Neighborhood

Our townhouse is perfectly situated for your Orlando adventure. You're just a short drive from the magic of Walt Disney World (10.9 miles), the aquatic wonders of SeaWorld (10.2 miles), and the movie thrills of Universal Studios (14.8 miles). For everyday needs, a Walmart is within walking distance, and numerous other shops, restaurants, and grocery stores like Publix and Target are just around the corner.

### Getting Around

The home's central location makes it easy to get to all major theme parks and attractions. We recommend having a car to make the most of your stay and explore everything the Orlando area has to offer.

### House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note the following:
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum booking age is 21 years old (at least one guest must meet this requirement).

### Important Information

Please review these details before your stay:
* **Pool & Grill:** Optional services are available for an enhanced experience. Please request them in advance.
* Barbecue Grill: A one-time fee of $65 covers the grill, a propane tank, and final cleaning.
* Splash Pool Heat: Available for $30 per night for the duration of your stay. Must be requested at least 2 days prior to check-in.
* **Family Items:** A pack 'n play and high chair are available upon request. Please contact our concierge service to arrange for these or other items like park tickets and grocery shopping.
* **Amenities:** We provide all linens, towels, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board for your convenience. The home has central AC and heating and free WiFi.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.
