One room that was noted did not yield any results, but the other did and it was resolved directly with the impacted guest in a matter that met their expectations. Even before I entered the building I was trespassed off the property. The guard walked over to me and said "I told you never to come back". Then threatened to arrest me if I did not leave. Since I have never been there before it was obviously a case of mistaken identity. Regardless I lost my 198.00 reservation money. When I called the hotel and told them of my problem they hung up on me. Beyond unprofessional. I am going to be 75 in a couple of weeks, when he physically assaulted me, if I would have been younger and in better congition I would have defended my self physically. i thought the hotel would have protected me, but they just added salt to the wound by being disrespectful on the phone. Terrible and expensive lesson for me. We will never be back.

My children and I stayed at this property last week while visiting Disney World and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Very friendy staff from the front desk to the restaurant. Absolutely delicious breakfast and dining options for the family. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was great and hot tub a bonus. If I had one thing I could say I wish would have been different was the hotels convenient store hours. It didn’t open until 11 each day with was to me a bit odd since the buses left for the park at that time and on some days it seemed to not open at all. Other than that it was an amazing experience and the price for what you got was even better. I will definitely be going back. I didn’t use their transportation but took an Uber due to wanting flexibility on when I could leave the hotel and they only offer transportation at one time going and coming but that was okay. An Uber to all parks except Magic Kingdom was less than 12 dollars and less than 25 to Magic Kingdom. Not bad at all considering their bus would have cost me 30 dollars each way.

This has been one of the best stays we've had traveling to Kissimmee and Orlando. Front staff, electrical engineers, and food prep staff were all friendly, professional, and pleasant. Will most definitely be coming back again soon!

Like my stay at this hotel. Nice and clean. Location to parks are close. The only negative was the $18 for parking that other hotels just structure in the price. Read the very fine print.

Clean, smelled amazing from the moment you walk in! Breakfast was great. Pool was amazing. Only thing that was annoying was the fact that we had to pay each night for parking, I think it should’ve been included in the hotel rate.

Wonderful property, amazing rooms. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Great place to be with family, saves you so much time and money with the breakfast. There is a lot of restaurants and shopping around. Very convenient and close to highways location and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this Embassy property It was really clean updated and the breakfast was very good. It was also not a far drive to Disney and Universal. There was also a Walmart not far from the hotel.

While the 18 is in-line with what other similar hotels in the area charge it is worth noting that our hotel does not charge a resort fee (like most others do) and every room in our hotel is a two-room suite with our hot, made-to-order breakfast included each day.
