- Master Bedroom #1: King size bed with en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and double sink. Smart TV, ceiling fan.
- Master Bedroom #2: Queen size bed with en suite bathroom with bathtub with exit to patio. Smart TV, ceiling fan.
- Bedroom #3: Mickey Mouse themed, two twin beds, smart TV, ceiling fan.
- Bedroom #4: Harry Potter themed: Queen size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan.
- 1 Full Bathroom with bathtub, it is located next to Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter bedrooms.
- Two Dining Areas. One next to the entrance with dining table and 6 seats, the Other next to the kitchen with dining table and 6 seats and kitchen counter with 3 seats.
- Full equipped open concept kitchen.
- Living room and Family room which serves as an incredible gathering spot with access to the patio-pool area through the sliding doors.
- Expansive patio area features a large private pool, spa, seating area with table and 6 seats, ceiling fans, lounge chairs for you to unwind and enjoy your stay.
- Smart TVs in each of the 4 bedrooms, Central AC & Ceiling fans throughout the house including bedrooms, family room, patio.
* Washer and dryer inside the Laundry room (laundry detergent not provided)
* Toiletries: A small selection of toiletries is provided meant to ensure a comfortable transition upon your arrival, should you require additional toiletries it will be necessary for you to purchase them independently.
* Freshly-cleaned bath, hand and pool towels.
* Hairdryers in the bathrooms.
* Free Parking for 2 cars inside the garage, 2 cars at driveway. *No street parking or will be towed away by the complex management.
* Self check-in with unique personal door code
* We ask our guests to fill out a pre-check in form and attach ID prior to check-in to activate the code.
* Parties/Events, Pets, Smoking are not allowed in the house.

- If this house is unavailable on your preferred dates, kindly check my profile as we have other similar homes that could potentially accommodate your schedule.
- In order to activate the door code, all adults names staying should be sent in advance, and the pre-check in form filled out with attached ID prior to check-in. The number of guest will be confirmed and enforced.
- POOL: Optional heated pool for $140 for the whole stay (Up to 6 days maximum stay). Should be requested and paid at least 3 days in advance. Pool takes sometime to warm, Pool heater runs 12 hours a day. Should be for the whole stay, it is a non refundable fee.
- BBQ GRILL: Can be added as an additional service for $85 per stay which includes one (1) propane gas tank, should be requested 3 days prior to the check-in date, after check-in time extra fee applies.
- No Pet, smoking, Parties or events allowed.
- Must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
