Esclusiva Villa Disney Executive con grande piscina coperta

A pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Disney, Universal e Sea World si trova la nostra meravigliosa villa di famiglia recentemente costruita nel 2005. Beneficerai di una superba villa con tutti gli elettrodomestici moderni rifiniti secondo le più alte specifiche. Insieme a una piscina di dimensioni familiari con idromassaggio Jacuzzi, un grande ponte piscina che offre una zona pranzo all'ombra ben arredata con lettini e comodi posti a sedere e tavolo da pranzo.

La gated community di Mission Park offre sicurezza ed è a pochi minuti dalla nuova area di sviluppo di Cagan's Crossing che offre una grande varietà di negozi e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Se ti piace giocare a golf, fare shopping fino allo sfinimento o visitare i parchi, siamo nella posizione ideale.

Il nostro garage offre ping-pong e freccette per il divertimento in famiglia. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata a pianta aperta si apre in un angolo pranzo informale con un piano di lavoro ideale per pranzi e colazioni informali, tutte le stoviglie e gli utensili sono forniti. I servizi di lavanderia sono nascosti in un grande armadio appena fuori dalla cucina principale. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti.

La nostra sala da pranzo formale separata può ospitare 6 persone e si affaccia sulla parte anteriore della villa, il tavolo si estende per ospitare comodamente 8 persone. La camera familiare si apre attraverso le porte del patio sul ponte e sulla piscina, due comodi divani, uno che può essere convertito in un letto se necessario, sedute casual e mobili di alta qualità. L'intrattenimento è fornito da TV via cavo, lettore DVD Play station o semplicemente per rilassarsi con la musica.

La nostra camera da letto principale ha un letto king size TV via cavo, ampia cabina armadio e un bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio.

Camera 2 ha di nuovo un letto matrimoniale tv via cavo ed è arredata secondo uno standard elevato, le camere doppie hanno 2 letti singoli in ogni camera tutte dotate di tv via cavo. La community di Mission Park offre una piscina comunitaria e un parco giochi per bambini a pochi passi di distanza.

Amazing Home

This home was gorgeous, it was set up perfect! Alot better than expected for the price. The only thing was we sleep with our air at home at 62f and it only allows you to turn the air down to 72f so it was a little hot for us, but over all this house was amazing and so was the property manager. She also allowed us to get in early that was a huge help since we brove in from a little over 15 hrs. away through the night. It was equipped with everything you need. Will definitely be staying here again!

Surprisingly Impressive – The Pictures Undersell It

We were genuinely surprised by how much better the house was in real life than in the photos. From the moment we arrived, after a long journey with children, we felt completely welcome and at ease. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and more than just a place to stay – it truly felt like a home.The beds were comfortable and in excellent condition, which made a big difference after a day of travel or exploring the area. Everything we needed as a family was available, and the home is perfectly suited for children of any age – from toddlers to teenagers.Another great plus is the location: it's close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other everyday conveniences, yet still peaceful and relaxed. We also discovered several lesser-known but really fun activities in the area – perfect for families looking to do something a bit different from the usual tourist spots.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommended!

Family getaway

The villa made our vacation! We came to relax and just enjoy our time as we frequent Florida but normally choose to stay at a resort of some kind. Not anymore! We loved the space we had. That our 2 uear old could scream and no one would complain. Neighbors are super friendly. We stayed during halloween and they welcomed even my 17 year told to trick or treat! Only thing that isn't fully mentioned is the jacuzzi tub is just that.. a jetted tub connected to the pool. Also if you want the pool heated you need to arrange that before your trip! Location was amazing. Close to publix and Wal-Mart. Losts of restraining in close driving distance. Far enough away from the loud of the city but close enough that a 20 minute drive brings you to Kissimmee!

Family trip to Florida

House was great equipped with everything you need for cooking ( even though we did none we could have) there was toys for the kids,pack and play for the baby,great pool, weather was perfect.Not that far from the attractions.Had a great vacation!would have been better if hurricane Milton hadn't delayed our departure from home by three Would definitely stay there again

Family holiday

Villa was clean and extremely comfortable with really nice and interesting decor. Very spacious areas and everything you need for a family holiday. Pool and covered area next to it were well used with the grandkids loving the pool and the floats from the garage. And the adults loving the comfy loungers and the seats in the pool to cool down. The host Jessica was brilliant responding promptly to any questions and sorting out any issues.

Disney or Bust!

This was our very first Family of 5 vacation to Disney. We wanted it all for this trip and this Villa nor Disney owes us anything! This Villa/Home was beautiful. Plenty of rooms, plenty of space, beautiful back deck and pools. My children swam in the pool every single day of vacation. It simply doesn’t get any better than this beautiful home. Private gated community, friendly neighborhood and never a fear/worry of being in an unsafe area. Thank you to the Owners from the bottom of my heart for offering this beautiful home. I will never say it out loud, but I think my children ‘may’ have preferred/enjoyed the Villa MORE than Magic Kingdom.

Hot tub is not a hot tub it will not get warm.

We booked this property over a year ago and when booking this property, I specifically looked for a place with a hot tub and it did have it listed as a hot tub. When we arrived, the property manager communicated very well. And the house itself was pretty clean. The beds are comfortable. We did pay the extra to have the hot tub and pool heated but neither of them got very warm at all. When I contacted the property manager, she explained to me that the hottest the hot tub would get would be 80°.

Great house. But....

The house is beautiful, but not clean. The bathrooms had pee on the toilets seats. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. But, the hot tub isn't a hot tub. The pool is nice, but not heated. And the whirlpool tub in the master suite hasn't been cleaned at all. I was excited to come to this home for my birthday, 3 days before Christmas, but not one decoration was up. I got in the whirlpool tub hoping for a nice soak, boy was I wrong. There wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub and once the water drained, I was shocked to see all the black stuff that came out of the jets. Overall it's OK.

Nice house

The bed was comfortable and i loved the master bath tub. We paid for a heated pool but it never got warm but our kids loved it anyways. Overall the house was great.

Great getaway!

Loved our stay! The house and pool were spotless, the mangement very responsive and accomodating. Will definately stay there again. Only "issue" we had was a little difficulty getting our child's wheelchair into the bedroom (awkward angle for a wheelchair) but we made it work. Only suggestion is an outdoor patio heater for chilly nights.

Very nice property. The size was perfect for our family and the pool was quite enjoyable. The location is also great. For the amusement parks and airport. Also located about half way between the Atlanoand Gulf. We did a trip to each side 😁
