As we had the Deluxe King, the room had all the amenities: kitchen, tub, walk-in shower, coffee pot, walk-out balcony, etc. The place was clean, outdated furniture, & mattress was too soft for our liking. Requested & received top floor. Quiet except the cleaning crew in the hall. Unable to enjoy the pools as the weather was too cold (46° high)! Probably won't return, thought there was access to park transportation, but no, there isn't.

This is probably the 20th time we have been here. If we are going to Disney, this is the 1st and usually last place we look. When we pull in we say "It's good to be home". With all the pools, clean rooms, great staff and how easy it is to get to all things Disney. We get there and go to Walmart, get our grocery's and we are set for the week. LOVE IT!!

We loved the property! TONS to do, you wouldn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to! The pools were nice, we ate at one of the pool side restaurants and it was good! You can see the skyliner and fireworks from the resort, so driving to the parks is super easy!The check in process was a little frustrating. The check in counter itself was amazing. Super friendly and quick. Then comes the “activities” counter. They WILL try to make you go to a timeshare presentation. I told them I had my tickets to the parks, and I have a 2 year old so I’m not interested in sitting through a meeting. She was nice but very pushy. I asked if there was a penalty for not going, and she said no. She marked me down for one of the presentation times and I didn’t go. Just stick to your guns and tell them no, and even if you don’t have your tickets yet, don’t tell them that! Just buy them online

If you're looking to stay outside the Disney bubble, but still be "on property" and close to everything, then this is the place for you!Our room had had a recent refresh, the amenities are outstanding, and our room had an amazing view of epcot. We could even see the fireworks at Magic Kingdom from our balcony!Keep in mind there are no Dosney buses, but we had rented a car, so that didn't make a difference for us.

In depth check in process. Easy instructions. Clean property. Room was good! Comfortable beds. No weird noises or smells. Large TVs. Pools and spas were all great some of the slides weren’t working though. Great secure location. Great kitchen setup. Nothing terrible to mention. Only reason I have given it 4/5 stars…Failed to mention the balcony of the room was over looking the parking lot and NOT the pool/pond side of building. I was expecting to see the pond side, because who what’s to over look a parking lot and trees?
