“The room was extremely noisy. The door doesn't proof any sounds. We were like sleeping in the hallway, we could hear everything outside the room.”

“L’hotel non è male, ottima posizione, pulizia e grandezza stanza. Ma non era chiaro che questa parte della struttura ha sia la porta di ingresso che l’unica finestra (non apribile) su un ballatoio. Quindi per non farsi vedere dentro da chi passa per andare altre stanze occorre stare con tende abbassate, quindi al buio e senza aria fresca.”

“My sons and I stayed there for 5 nights while we were visiting the Sea World parks. The hotel is lovely and everything you will need. Kind staff, wonderful pool side bar, calm atmosphere, and overall great! We enjoyed our family suite very much.”

“The staff was wonderful from the beginning of our stay until the end of it. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Louree was a huge help to us when setting up for our reunion banquet. She was phenomenal helping us put everything together and making sure we had what we needed, even things we hadn’t thought of or forgotten. My husband and son loved the breakfast buffet and those delicious chocolate chip cookies.”

“Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin.”
