Resort a Orlando

“When arriving they did not have the room we booked which was the pool view. Had to settle for a different view. After getting assigned a room the AC did not work and had to get a technician to repair. Room did not get cleaned for 2 days in a row. Front desk assured me that they would correct the issue and never did. Housekeeping inbthe room was poor. I would hate to relive the stay by explaining the it all over again. To make a long story short the stay here was very disappointing.”

“L’hotel non è male, ottima posizione, pulizia e grandezza stanza. Ma non era chiaro che questa parte della struttura ha sia la porta di ingresso che l’unica finestra (non apribile) su un ballatoio. Quindi per non farsi vedere dentro da chi passa per andare altre stanze occorre stare con tende abbassate, quindi al buio e senza aria fresca.”

“Un posto magico, la mia camera nella sezione di Toy Story è nuovissima e in ottima posizione. I bambini contentissimi, speriamo di tornarci! ”

“This resort is older, but clean and maintained. You can't go wrong staying there unless you are looking for a 5 star resort.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Conrad! It was like having our own little exclusive area next to the bigger resort next door with all the benefits! It was beautiful, quiet, not overly crowded, and the staff was so accommodating. They knew us by name and helped in anyway they could. The pool was a short walk down and the lagoon was clean and beautiful. We were a party of 10 between the ages of 2 and 50 and everyone was pleased! We would definitely stay again!”
