Maintaining Your Comfort:
Crystal Clear Waters: Our pool is regularly maintained and cleaned by a professional company. However, due to Florida's intense heat, water conditions can sometimes deteriorate rapidly. Rest assured, we'll do everything in our power to address and resolve any pool-related issues during your stay. Pest Control: While we carry out regular pest control treatments, the Florida environment can occasionally allow a pesky bug to enter. Should this happen, please contact us immediately, and we will dispatch a team for a prompt resolution.

Washer and Dryer available
Pool/Spa heating is available at a rate of USD 40 per day, with a three-day minimum. However, please be aware that due to exceptionally cold nights or possible technical difficulties, we cannot assure the availability of pool heating at all times.
Pool cleaning and lawn care are provided on a weekly basis

Take the good with the bad

House needed some TLC, for sure. First noticed front door, the tint/design was ripped, and door frame had mold around it. Vents were very dirty. Pool area really needed attention, very dirty and moldy. Bath tub faucet was basically broken and leaking. Water pressure in small bathroom was very low and took a while to get warm. Online pictures did not match, showed a reclining sectional in the living room which was needed for an older guest but had to 2 hard couches. Should bring extra garbage bags and toilet paper and towels. Game room was very dark and seemed a bit dangerous due to the cords hanging from the ceiling to the floor and across the floor. Good attributes - very spacious, plenty of dishes and utencils, fenced/closed in backyard and privacy, beds very comfortable. Property owner was very responsive.

Worst rental we've ever stayed in.

We rent VRBO houses in the Disney area 1-2 times per year. We know that rentals have flaws. The house is not as shown by the pictures on VRBO. It was the most disgusting house that we have ever been to. We had to book another house and move. The floors were dirty with food and debris. Our feet were black from walking on the tile. Shower curtains were molded. The linens were dirty with debris, stains, and hair. There was dust, and dirt over all the registers and vent. Some toilets have black rings. The house had a musty smell. The vacuums were broken. There are many electrical outlets not working. There is exposed plumbing in the upstairs bedroom closet. The shower faucet upstairs is loose, and only held on by caulk. One toilet didn’t work right, and is caulked to the floor. Mattresses are in poor condition. The blinds in the pool bathroom door are busted, and you can see inside. The living room couch is filthy. There was something splattered on the living room wall. Pool area is poor. The landscaping is overgrown. The fence and lanai are green, and molded. There are weeds growing inside the lanai. Most of the pool furniture and chairs are broken. The hot tub/heat didn’t work. I sent pics at Alex’s request. He said he would look into it. I reached back out, and he responded by sending pictures 4 days later of the house, after it was cleaned, and said that the cleaning people ‘assured’ him the house was not as described. We do NOT recommend renting.

Perfect house for family with dogs

We absolutely loved our stay. The fenced in yard was perfect for a fur baby and the house had everything you could need. The location was close to all Disney attractions and shopping. We would definitely stay again!
