“Comodissima per gli spostamenti verso i Parchi Universal. Bellissime piscine e acqua riscaldata. Tanta disponibilità di cibo e bevende. Veramente consigliato”

“One reservation was missing. 5 rooms rather than 6. One night couldn't sleep as there was a loud drunken party upstairs (hotel staff knew about and couldn't do anything) Pne night - in two different moments - someone tried to open the hotel room very strongly: tried for so long to call the reception..none picked up the phone ...I guess it's enough....”

“It is a beautiful property with excellent customer service and wonderful amenities. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to serve us. I hate not remembering the name of the young man at the front desk because I intended to highlight him. However, I plan on returning and I will make sure to get his name on my next visit. The restaurant staff were also wonderful and the service provided was excellent. I can honestly say the same for the pool staff, regardless of the draining...

“struttura imponente e ben organizzata giardini curati benissimo e molto puliti camere abbastanza spaziose con ampio bagno( mancavano i kit di cortesia) ma presenti i comodi dispenser in doccia , ristoranti bar e colazione buona ( non economici) bella piscina e attivita’ sul lago carine (bici, canoe, pesca al bass, tracciati per jogging, palestra eccc) comprese nel pacchetto resort obbligatorio (a pagamento ) . se si cerca piu’ tranquillita’ in un posto affollato come orlando e’ uno dei migliori...

“Non ho ricevuto nessun upgrade ne tantomeno le 2 bibite promesse avevo prenotato una suite con un letto king e un divano ma purtroppo la mia richiesta di ottenere le lenzuola e la coperta per il divano letto e rimasta solo una richiesta dopo 4 ore di attesa mi veniva detto che non c’era personale e che a causa delle restrizioni per il covid non poteva entrare nella mia camera nessun inserviente la cosa mi fa sorridere perché poco prima ovvero 2 ore dopo la mia richiesta veniva nella mia camera...
