Very old buildings. Could definitely use some upgrades. Had to go out and purchase our own necessities like toilet paper and paper towels. Did not appreciate the cheap mattresses and worn out bedding, stained pillows, and paper thin bath towels as well as the moldy bath mat. Location was close to everything but definitely not a luxury stay.

Host was kind with good communication after some Spanish/English translation errors with the listing reguarding scheduled maintenance on the pool areas. Bedrooms were both a good size and pull out couch worked well for teen boys. Upstairs shower was not usable during our stay therefore the downstairs "mini" shower was our only option. Owner was made aware of the plumbing issue and contacted maintenance company for repairs that could not be completed until we left. Future guest:Things I wish we would have brought - Extra toilet paper (2small rolls in condo) Trash bag - (1in condo)

The resort was great but the property needed a lot of improvements. The upstairs shower leaked into the living room below so we couldn't use it and it never got fixed. The furniture in the photos is much nicer than the actual photos (cushions very worn) and the pull out sofa mattress was awful. The many of the plugs in the walls would not hold in cords so it was difficult to charge phones. Areas of the house were dirty. One of the main reasons we stayed here was because the shuttle service to Sea World and they no longer provide that service. The mini golf and pool wère great but be aware the pool slodes close early.

Family get a way

We had great communication with host. Everything was clean and accessible. Loved the on property pool, water slides and kid splash pad. I have an autistic son and having the fenced in splash pad to let him run and play without having to have him on 100% lock down was amazing. Plenty of room for our family of 6. One down fall was pullout couch was not very comfortable. Besides that everything was great!

Disappointing

Unfortunately we actually never stayed in or on the property. We had 4 adults and 2 younger kids. We were on a tight schedule and when we arrived to our condo later in the evening Friday we did a walk through to check everything out and unfortunately we were not able to stay, the place was dirty the floor was sticky, my kids feet were black when we walked out of there. the furnace filter & closet was dirty.The stairs had a huge stain along with a bunch of little stains. We pulled out the sofa bed and it was broken with missing springs it also was not made there was a sheet thrown in the bed for us to make it ourselves but there was no extra pillows or blankets for the bed in the condo at all. I contacted Gabriella to let her know that we were going to a hotel because obviously they were not ready to accommodate us. She did get back to me the next morning and said she can send someone out to check it out but by that time we were already going to the disney parks. Like I said we had a tight schedule as we were visiting family on the other side of Florida after we went to Disney the second day. So I did request a refund as we did not stay in or on the property and they were not ready to accommodate us upon arrival but was denied. I then requested half a refund as she did try to make it right by having someone go check it out but we did not have time to wait we had kids waiting to go to Disney also denied but refunded an 85 cleaning fee. Do what you want with the information.

Horrible

Home needs to be cleaned and updated. Walls, floor, dishes, oven all need cleaned. Mold on the shower heads in both bathrooms. Curtains are stained. Couch and chair are old and very uncomfortable as well as the pull out sofa. Broken blinds, burnt out light bulbs, very small TV in living area. Upon arrival, it was so hot inside. I turned the AC down and it stayed at the same temperature all day. You don't even feel the air coming out of the vents. It finally cooled some at night but it was so bad that I had to have someone pick up my disabled child and take him home, on his birthday. The refridgerator was not cold enough to keep food cold so I had to store drinks in freezer and throw out the food that never got cold. Tried contacting the host. She responded too late to be able to send someone to check these things and said she was on a plane. When I checked out, she says the AC company came and said it was fine and also the fridge but after checking previous reviews, I'm not the only one who had these issues. Guess she just doesn't want to fix things or update the place. It's listed at a fair price but keep in mind that you get what you pay for. It's not even worth that much with no AC in Florida! After all the complaints, she finally issued a FIFTY dollar refund. The pool and amenties were great though, just find a different home in the resort if you're wanting to stay here.

When we first walked into the condo, the smell of urinal cakes hit us in our faces. We proceeded to walk around the rest of the condo, superficially it was clean; however, you could see a layer of dust on the pillows of the couch, vents were covered with dust, there were stains on the carpet, walls were wiped down but you could still see smears of whatever had been. We couldn't even use the bathroom rug because it was so dirty. We knew our bed linens had been cleaned as they were wrinkly but fresh. The refrigerator was making an awful squeaking noise and temperature wise was barely cold. We contacted Gabriella who quickly had the refrigerator fixed, we didn't tell her about the cleanliness of the establishment as I am sure it wouldn't matter much. The location was good. It's about 20 minutes from Disney. The hotel pool/lazy river was nice, very crowded. They did not operate the slides the whole weekend. I don't think they had enough staff. We compared the photos that are on VRBO to the condo. It appears they have gotten new flooring, which is great, it would be nice if they cleaned it. The upstairs bath tub plumbing does not drain adequately and leaks below onto the living room floor. A video was of such was provided to Gabriella. After a day of walking on the floors, our socks were dark brown. Would I rent from this place again, no.

About a half hour drive to parks with traffic . Pool nice but closed early with rain and didn’t reopen in evening after rain stopped. Floors dirty and condo dated but decent price

Nice resort. Good location. Dirty unit

Nice resort. Great for families. But this particular unit needs proper kitchen pans etc and broom and mop. It was not cleaned well and the floor was filthy. Each night we all washed our feet in the tub to go to sleep. The unit is dated and worn compared to the pictures. The beds were clean and comfortable. We de t our concerns to the host hopefully it will be better for next guests

Disappointed

I recently stayed at this apartment and was extremely disappointed. At first glance, the place looked okay, but that quickly changed once my kids took off their shoes and started walking around barefoot — their feet were immediately covered in dirt. I was absolutely disgusted. I had to sweep the floors myself because they were clearly not cleaned properly.The shower also needs serious updating. The shower head was full of limescale, making it unpleasant to use. There were only two big towels provided for our whole family, and the sheets didn’t even look clean.I called the number listed to ask for extra towels, but no one ever came. Gabriela, who communicated with us through messages, was quick to respond and seemed nice at first. However, after reading through other reviews, it’s clear that she’s aware of these issues and just doesn’t care, which is very sad.If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Stay somewhere else — this place is not worth it.

Disappointing

Fantast world resort was awesome but the host not responsive and the condo was not clean or safe. The back patio door wouldnt lock. Our host said someone would be out to fix it asap. No one ever came. I specifically messaged her about a pack n play a month before our stay. It was not there on arrival. Her emergency contact finally brought one around 830pm. She responded at 2am. The actual condo looked run down. It was functional but I dont think it will ever be clean. Our feet were black if we walked around barefoot. Upon check out, the host is claiming we took 3 towels. All towels were left in the condo. I wouldnt recommend staying at this condo but enjoyed the reaort itself.

Unfortunate

Stayed 4 nights. Convenient location to all the main things. However, when we entered the home, it was musty and damp feeling. What appears to be mold in the crease of the walls and ceiling. Vents are covered in dust. Light bulbs out in bathroom, possibly other rooms. Only 3 bath towels, accommodations state up to 6 people. No pool towels, like the whole complex offered to the other patrons. Never had to share a shower towel before in any house, condo, apt, or hotel. Had to buy toilet paper and garbage bags. Refrigerator does not have an ice maker (FYI). Floors are extremely dirty. Cannot walk around without shoes on, feet will be black with sand and hair on them. Sliding glass door to patio doesn’t lock. Patio chairs are horribly dirty with someone’s old socks on the ground. Walls have food or drink slung down them on both floors. Tried to stay out of the condo as much as possible due to the conditions. Owner is very responsive for immediate questions/needs. However, not sure she is local to see what she is renting to the public. P.S. a picture of a naked woman on the wall in the dining/living room. The pool rules are no floats, no jumping in the pool, and no outside drink (FYI).

Even better than expected!

I was a little unsure about this booking based on some less than perfect reviews but we had a wonderful experience. Gabriela was informative and responsive and so pleasant to work with. The whole unit must have been upgraded from the photos because it was beautiful and much nicer than pictured. The resort was great for the kids. We had planned to do so much more but ended up staying at the resort most days because the kids had a blast. The pool bar had great drinks and most of what we needed coild be acquired close by. My only recommendation would be potentially offering a keurig in the unit rather than a standard coffee pot more because im a coffee drinker and it would be more convenient and maybe comfier pillows that were a little firmer but thats just a comfort preference. Really this was everything we needed and we will definitely be booking agajn several times a year for quick long weekend getaways from the cold new york weather.

Great Communication, older unit

The resort was fun, communication was great. Check-in was super easy. Kids had a blast. This is an older unit and it showed it's age. Dishes weren't clean but owner offered to send someone to clean if we wanted.
