La nostra bella Villa con ampia e soleggiata piscina/jacuzzi, sala giochi, TV51'

La splendida Villa Florida ha 4 camere doppie (2 master con bagno privato), le quali portano direttamente sul terrazzo zona piscina, 2 ulteriori camere (una ha un tema Disney) con il proprio bagno. Abbiamo una stanza famigliare separata (con 51' TV High Definition Digital Surround Sound, DVD, video, impianto stereo), salotto dove ci si può sedere tranquillamente con un libro e una sala separata per i pasti in famiglia. Abbiamo una fantastica piscina extra large affacciata a sud ovest con vasca idromassaggio.
Abbiamo anche una grande sala giochi con piscina / tavolo da bigliardo e di Air Hockey, cassaforte, PC alta velocità / Internet wireless, PS2 e giochi, lettino / culla, seggiolone, passeggino e molto di più. Siamo attrezzati per il divertimento in famiglia.
Abbiamo il nostro sito web con molte più informazioni, quindi vi preghiamo di dare un'occhiata o inviate un e-mail o chiamateci. Saremo felici di rispondervi a qualsiasi domanda.

Tocchi supplementari:: la nostra società di gestione è sempre a portata di mano per aiutarvi con informazione extra.
Ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere. Un grande TV 51' High Definition Sound Soround digitale, DVD, video, impianto stereo nella camera familiare e una Playstation 2 nella camera dei bambini. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV/lettore video o CD.
Abbiamo anche appena aggiunto un computer con accesso Internet a banda larga. Esso vi permetterà anche di mettere la vostra memoria dalla fotocamera digitale e copiare direttamente su un CD vuoto - si possono riordinare le vostre foto mentre siete ancora in vacanza!
C'è anche una sala giochi con un tavolo da biliardo e Air Hockey dove trascorrere le serate.
Inoltre, per sicurezza, la villa dispone di una cassaforte.
Abbiamo speso un enorme quantità di tempo a fare la villa, una casa meravigliosa per noi quando ci siamo e una fantastica casa di lusso per gli ospiti dove trascorrere le vacanze.

5 night stay for two adults and two tweens. Perfect, private location. A bit farther from Disney parks than thought, but would consider staying again. House was very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and lots of opportunities to chill in different areas if two families wanted to share I think it would be great. Very quiet neighborhood.

Terri was amazing. She answered questions promptly and was extremely friendly. The house was very warm and inviting. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of providing us with a refreshing stay. Although there were only three of us, this house provided room for many more. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. The location was good if you wanted to do things, but we chose to just relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy the pool. The game area was fun since we decided to just enjoy the down time. I would highly recommend this vacation home if you want a very clean, nice place to stay.

This house is a spacious beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. It has a fun game room for kids or adults. However the pool wasn’t heated, the trash cans were full (the same day they were supposed to be emptied) and the fans when you turned them on made a grinding sound like they were about to fall off the ceiling. Our stay was over Thanksgiving week but couldn’t get ahold of the property manager about the pool, so we couldn’t use it. Overall it fit our needs for what we were doing and would probably stay here again. Like I said in the beginning it is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood.

2nd time we stayed here and this house and location is perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Went to Universal and Legoland and it's conveniently located between both. Several nearby restaurants and stores. The pool and game room is great! The beds are soft, plenty of towels. We didn’t cook but seemed like there were plenty of kitchen supplies. Neighborhood was quiet. We would likely stay here again if we're visiting the Orlando area.

Overall was a great place to come home to after being out. Quiet, lots of room to spread out. Nice neighborhood on the outskirts of the business of Orlando/Kissamee. Its about hr and half drive to clearwater and about hr and half drive to Cocoa beach. We were able to enjoy both the sunset and sunrise. I recommend spending time at each place. Fun spot and Old Town were 20-30 away. Great location overall.

Home was very clean and kitchen had everything provided. Pool was also very clean! Terri was super with communication and answered all our questions. If you like biking Winter Garden has great biking trails and rentals. Highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I booked this place for three nights as we wanted a place near Disney World since my family was spending time in and around there during the week, and we were going to spend a little time here and there with them. So glad my husband and I chose this house. He and I spent our daytime hours in the pool, which was perfectly heated. Not sure what the temperature was set on, but it was better than just right! Catching up with family in the evening, it was super easy to drive to the Animal Kingdom and to Disney Springs from the house (the two places we visited, but the rest of Disney is just as easily accessible, I imagine). After, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub which was the perfect segue into a great night's rest. The master bed was perfect! Though it was only two of us staying there, a larger party (up to eight, I think?) can comfortably stay there and not be on top of one another the entire time. Very good for families/groups going to Disney but not wishing to stay in the parks (understandable!). Terri is also a great host - super responsive! I really hope to come back!

Had a great trip, layout is great, very comfortable. Nice kitchen with plenty of plates, etc. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap for the bathrooms, also will need to buy paper towels and toilet paper if staying more than a few days, also laundry soap. A Public’s and Wal Mart are close though. Pool is very nice and plenty of furniture outside.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was as described. We are looking at coming back next year and this will be the 1st house we look at for availability. The villa is close to disney but the I-4 is incredibly busy every morning/ day & night. Give yourself an hour for disney and roughly 1.5 hours for Universal. We knew this before booking the villa, we just love the area so much. We have stayed on Tuscan Ridge before, do not hesitate to book. The communication with the property management is amazing.

The house was just as advertised. The location worked well for our trips to Disney. The pool area is sufficiently private, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Terri (the owner) was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.
