Having a 3 bedroom condo was much easier than a couple of hotel rooms for our group. Having a the living room and kitchen to hang together and also eat in some meals. No apps on TVs though. That would be helpful.

We arrived earlier than expected and were told we’d receive a text when our room was ready. By 4 p.m., no one had contacted us. The only communication we received during that time was to push us toward timeshare presentations.We booked and paid for a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom “luxury” condo. At check-in, they tried to place us in a 1-bedroom unit. After insisting on what we reserved, they eventually gave us a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that was outdated, faced a parking lot, and was in the section of the resort undergoing construction.Shortly after arriving, my son slipped and fell on a wet concrete floor in full view of staff. No one checked to see if he was okay. Inside the unit, the toilets barely flushed, and the temperature was inconsistent throughout the space.We spent most of our time visiting family at other resorts because our accommodations were so unpleasant. I asked for the manager on duty during the check-in issue, but instead of simply giving me a name, they brought the manager over, by that point, I was already late for dinner and behind schedule.This was, without question, one of the worst vacation experiences we’ve had.

frustrating

We stayed in a 2 BR 2 nights then moved to the VRBO 3 BR Deluxe. The 3 BR was a much older unit than the 2 BR. Floors were sticky in the kitchen and when the resort moved our luggage to the 3 BR they lost our cooler and we never got it backed. We even went back to the 2 BR and it was being cleaned when we arrived there but our cooler was no where to be found. We made the best of a not so good situation.

Great basecamp for our week at the parks

Overall we were really pleased with this property! We had a party of 6 - 4 adults, 2 kids - and were staying for a week of park visits at Disney and Universal. We really appreciated getting to stay in one place together, but with separate bedrooms and a kitchen, living area, and dining area. The condo was even nicer and more updated than the listing picture (one drawback is that they all look the same online, so you don't know exactly which one you'll get) - only issue was that the en suite shower needed some repair and some deeper cleaning (and maybe a footrest for us ladies...). The check-in process is a bit long, and they try to promote their vacation club during that process, but they are not pushy. The grounds are great and there are lots of activities to do on-site for those R&R days between parks. We had a small issue with the garbage disposal, and when we called, they had someone there to fix it within minutes - majorly impressed! The location was fantastic - so close to the parks and Disney Springs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Disney Alternative

Stayed here for a family get away in a 3 bedroom unit for a third of the price of staying in Disney owned property. The resort is gorgeous, great pools, little convenience store/Starbucks and bars & restaurants on property. Ride shares make for short trips to the parks. Really couldn’t ask for more!

The Bonnet Creek resort was amazing!! We stayed 3 days for my son’s wedding at the Grand Wyndham

The property was beautiful! We had a three bedroom with plenty of room for 6 adults. Loved the balcony pond view! Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities.,, cornhole games, pools, mini golf just so much! Will definitely stay there again with family. Check in and parking was easy and fast. Liked being close to the hotel where we had my son’s wedding. Beautiful hotel as well!

Wonderful As Always!!

We have been staying at bonnet creek for about 5 years now and we love it. Rooms are always wonderful and roomy. Resort is always clean and manicured. We love all the activities to do at resort and several restaurants to choose from.

The 3 bedroom condo was great. Plenty of room and nicely appointed. We had the 3rd floor unit with a view that was blocked by a large tree but told we could see Epcots fireworks. This is our only complaint. Complex was nice with multiple pools that were well maintained. The complex is a 5 minute drive to Disney Springs (downtown Disney) and other restaurants in the area and 10 min drive to Magic Kingdom due to traffic and lights. Universal is a 20 minute drive. Owners were very responsive to any questions.

Lots of things to do for the kids - mini golf, lots of different pools and two water slides. Great service from front staff/bell service with equipment we rented. Some dust on light fixtures but overall clean.

Nice property, unit not in good shape

We loved the property, the pool and the boardwalk. The live music was great in the evening and we stayed late listening to them. Our unit had two bathrooms, but only one was usable since the water was leaking in the toilet. That meant the shower didn't work and neither dis the sink.
