Beautiful property to stay at! Property is very clean. There is a pool and restaurant on sight. Not far from Orlando and all the parks. Also close to a Publix. Owners are extremely easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is very well kept and exceptionally clean, and the location couldn’t be better—convenient to everything we needed.As a small constructive note, the bed mattress could use an upgrade for added comfort. However, this did not take away from our overall experience.Overall, this place is truly a gem. I highly recommend it and would absolutely book again!

We were very pleased with our stay. The hosts were wonderful and kept in touch during our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and pool bar. It was conveniently located right across from our place. I would definitely stay here again if in the Davenport area.

March 2026: Misleading advertisement. This property was not recently remodeled. Bed is very old, all cabinets icky with dirt/grease near handles. With no shoes policy, floors were horribly dirty. Poorly stocked kitchen, it was very difficult to cook a full meal (pans extremely small to cook). We were so disappointed with this stay. The onsite person who helped with plumbing issue, resolved same day and was very nice to work with.

This is a great location- close to Disney but also near other restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 to have plenty of room.

The condominium was very clean, and the host was welcoming and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable and really should be replaced, as it affected our quality of sleep. The towels and shower curtain also need to be upgraded. Additionally, the photos did not fully match the unit—several cushions, pillows, and rugs shown in the listing were not present in the condominium. With some updates and better accuracy in the listing photos, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

Great location, nice pool and restaurant on site

We really enjoyed staying at this clean and nicely decorated 1st floor condo just a short walk to the large pool with plenty of chairs, loungers, cabanas and restaurant that you can order from and enjoy in the pool area. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The service was excellent.

Just like the pics

My stay was great, property was just like the pics. I would say that whoever cleans the property needs to do better with the shower itself but everything else was perfect. Bed was comfy but you can tell the mattress is worn a bit, air got super cold, fans were a little difficult to figure out at first but I figured it out. I loved the little patio area and that it was located in a gated community. Very quiet and peaceful definitely would stay again.

Nicely decorated, main floor unit

Conveniently located on the main floor. The screened in patio is mostly surrounded by a hedge, the remaining view is of 4 air conditioners. Even so, it was fairly quiet. Upon entering the unit there was a strong smell of bleach. We kept the sliding doors open to air out the smell. The master bedroom was comfortable. There was only one set of sheets for each of the beds. Bath towels were plentiful but there were only four small, worn, pool towels. We bought some more towels at Beall's. Great TV's in the unit. The guest bedroom had two twin beds that seemed appropriate for children only. The kitchen utensils are sufficient for short stays. I asked for some additional glasses and bakeware, which the owner provided. After three days we found insects in the property. The owner arranged for pest control. We were asked to empty all the kitchen cupboards. We spent the entire day preparing and waiting for pest control, then replacing the wares into the cupboards. We did ask the owner for compensation for this, he was to think it over. He never got back to us. The property manager, Fernando, was fantastic. Very sympathetic about the situation. He attended several times to replace insect traps and spray again.We stayed for approximately 7 weeks. The resort pool is very nice. We are two seniors and have stayed at this resort for the last 3 winters. It is unlikely that we would stay in this particular unit again.

Beautifully Decorated and Clean

The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location with lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful pool. Bathrooms were a little worn and water. Pressure was not great. Communication with owner wasn’t great either.

Great location

This unit was very clean and perfect for our family of four. Mark answered any questions I had very quickly. We loved the location. Near entrance and pool. This was close to most parks and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Great condo!

We rented this condo to stay for our teenage son’s junior golf tournament. Super clean, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Mark, the host, checked on us during our stay and was quick to respond. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Sterns & Foster comfort same as home

The Sterns & Foster mattress made our decision for us and it did not disappoint. We slept like babies! This is rare occurrence to have such a comfortable bed in a rental or hotel. Wonderful pool and spa. Beautifully decorated.

Amazing

I am glad I didn't listen to the reviews because we are more than satisfied with this stay, I won't lie after I booked it I was so concerned on the property not being anything as the picture and when I speak I speak on building 7 with Mark the property was exactly as pictured I arrived at 3:45 sat in the car until 4 pm but in those 15 minutes I was praying because my fiance is very picky so 4 pm hits we get out the car get our luggage and proceed to the door still praying lol once the door open and I hear him say it smells good and say ok I look in and see it was an immaculate apartment my heart came back lol only 1 issue and it was the Ac went down on New Year Eve but when I text maintained he was willing to come on December 31st and I said you can come tomorrow and he was here on the 1st early. The apartment was left as given to us clean. I know we didn't need to but my fiance has OCD bad but thank you Mark for allowing us to stay for 7 days. Happy New Year to you and your family. I highly recommend it you have everything close by
