L unica cosa interessante sono i negozi vicino alla struttura. Sono arrivata in camera dopo aver fatto il check in, lascio le mie cose in stanza vado a fare un giro per i negozi ritorno in camera, verso le 22 voglio andare a dormire alzo il copriletto, e trovo il letto bagnato di pipi, quindi Nn è vero che lasciano le camere vuote per 24 ore come hanno scritto per le misure di sicurezza, mi cambiano la camera il letto era a posto ma il bagno era pietoso, morale della favola sino rimasta 2 notti e Nn ho avuto il coraggio di farmi la doccia. Un altra cosa I 50 dollari di cauzione dopo una settimana Nn mi sono stati accreditati quindi ho scritto all hotel 2 e mail e Nn si sono nemmeno degnati di rispondere.

The staff was great and helpful but that was all that was good..None of the amenities at the property were available or working. No ice machines worked...playgrounds and kid pools were not available and the Tiki Bar they advertised as well as the restaurant and pizza hut attached to the property wasn't open or either closed for construction. Definitely dissatisfied.

Checked in - which took literally 45 mins as gerildine was extremely slow and didnt seem to have knowledge of what she was doing. went to the room, room was filthy. Towels and blankets and trash everywhere with a broken A/C. Went back to the office. Waiting in line for another 25 mins, Emily came in the office and was able to quickly get the line down. Expressed my concerns to her, she quickly got me a new room in a different building. This room was clean however the lock on the front of the door was broken so you had to move the keycard to a very specific spot to get the door open. One bed didnt have a comforter the other bed didnt have a fitted sheet on it. The bathtub leaked water and the sink was clogged. Dealt with the room as we didnt want to wait in line or possible get another bad room. We asked for the missing linens. Went to the office spoke to someone else about linenes. We were told service days were tues and thurs (I believe is what she said) and we may not get them but she will try, it took hours to see house keeping. House keeping didnt speak any english and had no clue what we needed. We were told the pool at the front and the hot tub at the back were heated. The hot tub was DISGUSTING. The front pool was freezing as if the heater was not on/working. Emily’s customer service was amazing, but overall highly disappointed with my stay.

There was no safety lock on the door. The curtains on the window were molded. The bathroom was disgusting. The vent in the ceiling was missing there was just a big open hole. I have stayed there several times in the pass and it was so much better. This will be the last time.

Dont be tricked into thinking this is an actual resort. It more like a large motel 6.but with that being saidwe didnt have any issues besides someone pressure washing outside our door at 9:00 sunday morning and what sounded like a fight on the floor Below us at 230 in the morning on friday night. lots of screaming and cursing

The front desk ladies are the only good thing in this place. We arrived on a Friday night and there was only one front desk associate, we waited in line for about 20 mins. In that time, my wife went to the restroom and there was toilet paper everywhere on the floor, smelled bad and it looked like nobody had cleaned it that day. The lobby smelled weird, the automatic sliding door didn’t work, the fire alarm had a sign that literally said “out of service, in case of fire call 911”. At the time of check in, we were told that the tiki bar was permanently closed. After check in, we went to our room and we found the mini fridge opened, with a towel inside, with old mold built up and an unbearable smell that can be smelled outside the room. We went back to the front desk, had to make another 20 minute line until another kind front desk agent (or maybe supervisor?) came to help. She kindly moved us to another room but on our way there, we saw the ice machine completely dismantled. It looked like a transformer trying to assemble itself into an ice machine and was stuck in the middle of it. The floors were nasty, trash everywhere and we even saw something that looked like someone threw up and it wasn’t cleaned so it stood there until it dried off. This new room also smelled weird, we tried to convince ourselves to stay, but we decided to leave. We got our deposit and hotel fee back but nobody knew how to reimburse what we paid for the room, so we lost that money.

The room stinks, there was a hole on the bottom of the wall, with a visible water damage and MOLD, we hardly slept. Even the bedsheets had the same smell. I would never go back there

I stayed at this property because I been there before and had no problems. When I saw it at a low price, I couldn’t believe it. I only stay night, and couldn’t believe how it changed for the worse. The room had a smell as you walked in. The carpet was dirty and it was torn in spots. The TV screen was slightly broken because you can see the dark line after you turn it on. Lastly, the property has rottens. I brought in a loaf of bread and by the morning, you can see the plastic wrap was ripped and the some of bread was eaten. If I stayed more than one night, I would have left and asked for a refund. Very disappointed on the condition of the property.

I stood in line to check in for 90 minutes. I refused the first room because the beds weren’t made. I refused the second room because the sheets were stained and there were approximately 1000 bugs in the bathroom. I refused room number three because the sheets and carpet were dirty. I’m and I refused to sleep in the fourth room they offered me because it was 90 degrees and smelled like febreeze. The staff is rude as well.

Motel misrepresents rates online. Snuck in fees without telling me and I only knew when I checked my online account. Onsite manager refuses to return calls or email. Another manager promised to follow up and never did. Third manager responded and refuses to remove unauthorized, deceptive fees or to accept responsibility for employee miscommunication. Rooms are filthy, phones don’t work, ice machines don’t work, no housekeeping yet they add on additional fees. Front desk staff rude. Reserved King bed and the air in the room was broken, asked to be moved and was given room with twin beds, says no kings available. They said they “upgraded me” because of no other kings. Upgrade? King to twin? Horrible experience and management is clearly inexperienced and uncaring about the customers, only want to collect as much as they can with no regard to their horrible facilities and untrained staff.

The room was ok but the resort needed a lot of work and update the price was a little high for what the resort offered out side of our room we could see a swimming pool that had a green bottom lot of work needed in the rooms sheets were dirty and had holes in them all the staff were nice

Room wast bad once you get in, property is terribly maintained and run down. Multiple units with doors kicked in and wide open. For the price, the room itself is not bad at all, just so long as you stay inside. The property is just a mess but for being so close to Orlando's main attractions it's hard to beat the price.

Upon entering the room it smelled like it was a hotel for dogs. The couch was full of dog hair, the wallpaper was ripping off the walls, the bed sheets were covered in dark stains, and the AC unit emitted a bad smell. Terrible place to stay.

Our room was discusting. Stains on the pillows and bed. Blunt roach and cigarette butts found on the floor. Dead bugs in the shower. Cockroaches outside our door. Do not reccomend.

Horrible location! Very outdated! Rooms smell, lamps/some lights don’t work,hard to find the actual building/rooms. Pool shut down looks like a dirty pond! Would never stay here again!

The service of the manager and front desk were amazing. However the room was disgusting. Not only was there crap all over the walls but there was broken furniture. There was stains all over the carpet, and when I stepped on the carpet without socks on it felt gross like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned with soap. The tv remote was missing the back piece that holds the batteries in place. There were stains on the curtains. The mirror in the bathroom area had stickers on it as well as the bed frame and bathroom door. The bathroom door was also coming off its hinges. The toilet had a huge poop stain near the seat. The shower/tub was alright but there wasn’t a shower curtain at all. There were no bed bugs on the bed but there’s definitely dust mites which means the bedding hasn’t been properly washed nor has the mattress. Going outside of our room, there definitely wasn’t a bar that we saw like advertised. The hot tub was nowhere to be found. The playground was missing a whole slide on one side. Concrete sidewalks were broken apart, and my boyfriend even tripped and almost fell because of it. Like I said the manager in the front desk, lady were both very sweet and nice and professional but the moment we got to our room, it was a disaster. Definitely not a resort in anyway and they for sure. Need to update their advertisement pictures because it looks nothing like the pictures at all. Good price tho! lol

NO LO RECOMIENDO, ofrecen algo que no es. Habitaciones sucias con mal olor. Sábanas de la cama sucia y con manchas. Todo mal desde el primer momento.
