Minutes to Disney, Epic Theming!

Welcome to our custom Windsor gamehouse just minutes from Disney, that sleeps up to 19!

LOCATION
Windsor Hills is the closest resort neighborhood with private pools to Disney World. Don't fall for other listings that say they're "close" to Disney but are actually ~10mi away through heavy I-4 traffic that can take 45 mins. Windsor Hills is practically across the street from Disney property, and will have you to the parks in no time!

GAME ROOM
No costs were spared on this game room. This custom built game room includes COMMERCIAL arcade games (all set up to be free to play), including

• Batman drivers
• Basketball shooter
• Air hockey
• Skee Ball
• Arcade Cabinet

STAR WARS THEME ROOM
Sleep inside a starship, complete with LED lights, 4 TVs (!) and multiple Xbox consonles

PRINCESS THEME ROOM
Little princesses will love their own private castle, complete with a performance stage and dress-up.

ADA ACCESSIBILITY
The downstairs bathroom is set up to be accessible.

ALSO AT THE HOME
• Private pool/spa (pool heat available for small charge)

Guests will have access to the entire home other than the cleaner's closet.

Please note that Windsor Hills has strict rules on the number of vehicles per home, and limits bookings to 3 vehicles per property. We can sometimes get a 4th added with prior approval from the HOA, but that is on a case specific basis.

Great rental for families

We will definitely seek out this rental again, if we return to Orlando! We rented this house with 2 other families and we had plenty of room. The kids had a blast in the arcade garage and loved sleeping in the Star Wars bunk room.

Kids didn’t want to leave

Group of 4 adults, 4 kids (3-9). We loved the home. So many amenities and things to do, you literally don’t have to leave the home or the neighborhood. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this an awesome vacation home. There is some wear and tear that can be attributed to some guest not respecting the property but nothing that would prevent a future stay. Ryan checked in on us and was quick to respond back. Checkout was a breeze, no mile long list of duties which was appreciated. We still did our best to tidy up to show our respect and love for the home. We look forward to booking again in the future.
