House Rules for Boho Bliss Hideaway

Welcome to Boho Bliss Hideaway! We hope you enjoy your stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and to respect our neighbors, please adhere to the following house rules:

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in accordance with Osceola County regulations.
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum during these hours.

Occupancy:

Maximum occupancy is12 guests.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered visitors are permitted without prior approval.

Parking:

Parking is available in the driveway and garage. Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street. Host it is not responsible if any car is towed.

Pool Use:

Use the pool at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
No glassware is allowed in the pool area.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking/Vaping inside the house will have a $500.00 dollars fine.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been given. If approved, pets must be well-behaved and kept off furniture.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage and recycling bins are provided. Please place all trash in the appropriate bins and follow local recycling guidelines.

Safety and Security:

Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Do not tamper with or disable smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.
Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately.

Respect for Property:

Treat the house and its contents with respect. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
Do not move or rearrange furniture.

Internet and Technology:

Free Wi-Fi is provided. Please use the internet responsibly and legally.
Do not download illegal content or engage in unlawful activities online.

Additional Policies:

No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
Follow all posted pool and house rules during your stay.
If any emergencies arise, please contact us immediately.
Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent damage to the AC system and ensure efficient cooling.
