The Space:

You step onto the private patio and feel the warm Florida breeze, the scent of nearby citrus trees mingling with the distant hum of theme‑park excitement. After a day of exploring Disney World, you sink into the living room couch and let the glow of the large TV wash over the family. The townhouse invites you to unwind, recharge, and create memories that linger long after the trip ends.

The townhouse sits in Davenport, just a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions. Easy access to I‑4 and I‑192 makes navigating the area straightforward, and Orlando International Airport is about a 40‑minute drive away, simplifying arrivals and departures.



Additional features

A full‑size washer and dryer are available in the unit, letting you pack light and keep clothes fresh. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, ensuring a seamless stay.

This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
