Godetevi la vostra vacanza nella privacy di questa arredata completamente e professionalmente quattro camere da letto, tre e un mezzo bagno, aria condizionata a casa con piscina schermato e riscaldata. La villa di grandi dimensioni è in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro.

Questa villa faboulos si trova a soli 15 minuti (via nuova 429) dal Walt Disney World. Vicino a tutte le altre attrazioni!

Bella casa e professionalmente mantenuto (costruito nel gennaio 2001) su un grande sacco e su un bellissimo lago e zona di conservazione boschiva al di là. Grande casa (2300 piedi quadrati) dispone di due camere da letto matrimoniali, entrambe con letti king-size e vasca idromassaggio. La terza camera è speciale per i bambini e ha un letto a castello per i bambini piacere. Perfetto per due coppie con i loro figli. La quarta camera ha due letti singoli. I letti comprendono due king-size, un full-size, tre gemelli, e un divano letto.

La casa ha un soggiorno, camera familiare, una sala da pranzo e un angolo per la colazione. La camera familiare dispone di una TV da 50 pollici, un sistema Dolby-Digital e Bluray-giocatore. è prevista anche estesa TV via cavo (Sport e Disney-Channels inclusi). La villa dispone anche di un internet-connessione a banda larga con un WiFi fornito.

Big 9 piedi da 40 piedi, lanai coperto con esteso piscina-deck tra cui un barbecue. La piscina quattordici piedi da 30 piedi con spa si affaccia sul lago. La cucina è attrezzata con tutti gli articoli per la casa ed elettrodomestici necessari comprendeva una lavatrice e asciugatrice bis.

La casa si trova nella suddivisione del 'Clear Creek' sulla US 27 / US 192. Un Walmart e due Publix-supermercati si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Questo è anche il luogo ideale di partenza per escursioni giornata al Kennedy Space Center (60 minuti), le belle spiagge del Golfo (70 minuti) o spiagge dell'Atlantico (60 minuti).

This was by far one of our favorite trips to Florida. The house was perfect and the pool/hot tub was amazingly relaxing. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool all day watching the wildlife in the backyard. The sun on the lanai and shade offered by the covered patio area was perfection. The house was equipped with everything we needed and a few nice extras. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming back.

The Home had supplies in an abundance which was great for us being that we flew in! Its location to Disney was great if you plan on going there. There were plenty of towels and face cloths and also towels for the pool. Getting in touch with the owner was great. He always responded right back. The house does need updating, but not to the point to where I would not stay there again. The pool and hot tub area were great Plenty of room. I would definitely stay at this house again.

We took a short vacation to Orlando and found this beautiful property. The house is located way to the back of the neighborhood and backs up to a pond. Behind the pond is a large natural area. We enjoyed the local alligator that hung out behind the property, but we also saw an otter, sandhill cranes, herons and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the property was clean. Easy check in and check out process. We will return!

I gave an overall rating of 4 of 5 stars only because we couldnt use the hot tub and the pool was to cold to swim in..there was an issue with the heat due to im assuming Milton that noone was aware of until we tried to use the heated pool and hot tub..the homeowner refunded us for that..other than that issue we absolutely loved the house..it is beautiful..had everything we needed and more..so much bigger than i thought from pics but still felt homey..and the walk in closets were a dream..even enjoyed sitting out by the pool watching all the critters that came to visit and the sunrise was gorgeous out there..plenty of space for 2 small families ..i would recommend this rental for all future guests..quick response from home owner and management..

Appreciated this home for our need - clean, spacious, and easy access to priority locations. Host/owner was responsive, accommodating, flexible, and helpful. The new vinyl wood-look floors and stairs are beautiful. Comfortable furniture. We are glad we were able to stay here. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This house is just perfection for a big family needing plenty of space! The pool was amazing. We had everything we needed and beyond! The single only issue we had was on morning one, the fire alarm went off in the early morning and woke us all up. There were no issues at all, thank god! The fire department was notified through the home alarm system. They came out to make sure everything was ok and said everything was fine except that the smoke detectors are outdated and need to be replaced as they looked to be over 10+ years old and a faulty smoke detector might set it off again. I did let the homeowner know through the app. It didn’t happen again the rest of our week long stay. Other than that, everything was just truly easy and perfect. Thank you for having us!!!

House was clean and in a pretty good area close to stores and places to eat. I would have rated it a full 5 if the internet had been better and there was more comfortable seating in the room with the tv. We only had 6 of us and we couldn’t all sit in that room without someone having to sit in a kitchen chair. All of the tvs work off of the internet which was a little troublesome also. Especially when you start connecting your personal devices. All in all though we enjoyed our stay here.

Such a beautiful home! Very spacious, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The kiddos really liked everything the house provided games, pool etc. nothing like coming home after a long day out and just relaxing in that hot tub. I definitely give this home a 10+ ☺️

Lovely stay at this house for our first family vacation with our two young boys. The house was very clean and spacious. Our boys loved the pool, and loved seeing all the wildlife around the property. Would definitely stay at this house again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed from Xmas to New Year's eve. The property was in line with the description. We had a furnace problem on day 2, but it was resolved immediately. The place was very inviting and many updates throughout. About 25 minutes from Disney parks. The pool and hottub were great, and the appliances were in good shape. The view was awesome. Turkeys and wildlife passed by daily. I'd definitely stay again. Great job on the upkeep.

The stay was pleasant. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Everything was in working order. The issues are a bad first impression and some need for maintenance and some janitorial help. If i am able i will send photos. I took a picture of the broom we could use to sweep up a little. Send someone to the dollar store and get a real broom. Many of the blinds had missing slats, again a bad impression. Overall a need for a good cleaning. You need to get rid of the mold in some of the bathrooms. The yard was well maintained as well as the pool.
