This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house by FunStay Homes is located in the prestigous Highlands Reserve Golf Course community, near Disney World and Universal Studios. The home comes fully furnished sleeping 7 comfortably for a stress-free, relaxing stay, including a private outdoor pool for your enjoyment. Also located inside a golf course, our home is the ideal location for a fun and memorable vacation!

Spacious & Comfortable: The home boasts vaulted ceilings, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen with ample cabinet space for preparing delicious meals

Private Pool: Relax by the private surrounded by lush privacy bushes, creating a peaceful, secluded oasis for sunbathing or evening swims.

King-Sized Comfort: The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower, plus direct access to the pool area.

Room for Everyone: The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms each feature two single beds – perfect for families or groups. Every bedroom includes its own TV for entertainment at your convenience.

Prime Location: Just 12 miles from Disney World, you’re moments away from all the excitement of Orlando’s best attractions.

Highlands Reserve is set atop one of Florida’s highest areas, offering picturesque views and a beautiful, tree-lined golf course designed for players of all levels. Nestled on a golf course close to all of the well-known theme parks and nearby attractions, our villa offers all the supreme comforts for your relaxing and carefree stay.

We invite you to enjoy the greenery of the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, or the world-class ChampionsGate Golf Club nearby, designed by Greg Norman.

Please Note:

- Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

- Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- Golf Course may be used for an additional fee collected by the Golf Shop. All players must register in the golf shop before play. The shop also provides rental equipment for a fee. Please contact the clubhouse for scheduling/pricing. Please let us know if you are interested and we are happy to share you their information.

- A BBQ Grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third party company for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened-in lanai area.

- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.

- Kindly bring kitchen condiments if you plan to cook.

- Pets are not permitted in the home.

- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

Great stay!

We had an amazing time staying at this Fun house! The space was just as described and the location was ideal, offering a great balance of being close to attractions while still providing a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.The host welcomed our service dog and communication was prompt and friendly. Check-in/check-out process was very smooth.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this property to others.
