★ This house is treated by a professional pest control every month. However, guests might encounter insects and bugs despite the property being well maintained and kept, due to tropical weather with hot and humid temperatures.

★ The guests understand that there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT THE SWIMMING POOL, that everyone is SWIMMING AT THEIR OWN RISK. The guests ASSUMES THE RISK, for everyone part of the group, of using the Swimming Pool without a lifeguard.
