House is beautiful and comfortable for large families. Amenities in the resort are nice. Only negative is the lanai furniture is damaged, which makes it uncomfortable and the living room furniture is peeling and stained giving it a dirty feel. Replace those pieces and the place would receive much higher recommendations. Thanks again. We look forward to visiting again and hoping to see newer furniture

The place was great! Lots of space and having the pool heated was a huge plus!Terrific location with everything you need within a 5 mile radius.The pool table needed new sticks and the ice maker made ice but would not dispense but everything else was as close to perfect as it could be.Main clubhouse was awesome! Lots of space, great food and drinks.I would highly recommend this rental property and would definitely consider booking another trip in the future.

House was clean and well suited for our family, however we couldn't adjust the HVAC to get the house cooler. Something about the coils freezing up and we would be responsible for said repairs. There are no ceiling fans to counter this issue. The house was not cool for our liking especially in FL. Also parking sucks. This house has alot of room for a large family but only parking for 2 cars and thats with one in the garage.

I liked the house a lot! Thought it was spacious, clean, and was in a great location. There were ants in two of the bedrooms and the couch is peeling badly but that was the worst part. Would stay again!

Nice house but needs some TLC

Overall, we were happy with the home and I would consider staying here again. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the location was convenient to shops/restaurants. For the price though there were some issues. The couch that is pictured in the listing is peeling and appears very dirty, and I really didn’t want to sit on it. The carpet needs replaced or at least cleaned as there are many visible stains in the upstairs area as well as feeling just generally dirty when you walk on it. My husband tried to use the Resort Gym but didn’t have his ID and the lady working the counter was very rude to him. There is also only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no extras and it is the very cheap one ply toilet paper. For a house the size there really weren’t enough towels. I think the thing that bothered me the most was their registration process is not done through VRBO as with other properties I have stayed at in the past. It is actually done through the property management company and I had to send them pictures of my drivers license and debit card with some of the numbers blocked out, but I still was not comfortable with that. I had to wait until the day of check in to get an email with door code. This may be a State of Florida issue though, I am not sure.

Florida vacation

Great house and plenty of room. Pool was nice. The only complaint was ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. I notified the manager. Also for that size of house, there was only 6 coffee cups. We also enjoyed the clubhouse and pool. Lots for kids to do.

Great Location, Great Amenities

This spacious home is perfect for a large family looking for fun in the Orlando area. 20-40 minutes from most attractions. Clean, modern and well maintained. The pool table was a hit with the kids.

Termitas o hormigas

El sitio espectacular pero hace falta fumigar pues habían demasiados termitas o hormigas en los cuartos y cocina que hasta se subían hasta en los platos que comíamos eso fue lo único que no nos gustó del sitio pero lo demás espectacular
