Sofa bed broken no one knew about it but it was tied up. Manager was supposed to call me,but never did. I've been staying there for 2 years,will not stay again.

Not pleased!

The "resort" was being renovated into appartments. No game room, exercise room or much of anything but a pool. The toilet was broken and ran all night long. The stove was very dirty. Bedding was older. The area was very dark and we never saw security. The elevators are before the lobby so anyone could access them.

Carpets filthy, no a/c for over a day with NO compensation, beds hard, couch not comfy. No pots/pans for 2 days, 4 towels/2 wash clothes for 5 people, body hair in tub, mildew under shower ledge/hair on wall of shower, I had to fix toilet-no 24hr maint., no iron/ironing board, broom but no dustpan

Nasty place

Dirtiest place to stay! Bed bugs and nasty odors are nasty. The carpets are super dirty!!! Only one roll toilet papers! The phone doesn't work nor tv remotes! Never come back here again!

The resort is disgusting

The place is so dirty the carpet are so disgusting the cabinets have holes in them and the staff are horrible.

If you want an old apartment

Didn't feel like a hotel, more like an old apartment building with a bad musty smell throughout. The apartment itself was spacious and had plenty of room, but more like an apartment, but not hotel quality. Old worn out carpets, not very comfortable beds and not enough pillows for everyone. We booked the resort because they claimed to have a game room for the kids, this of course was false advertising because no such game room exists, the fitness room is also pathetic as it is no more than 2 treadmills and a sort of stair climber. All in all I felt ripped off and would not book there again.

needs a good cleaning

Still a great location, but the carpet was filthy and in desperate need of a shampooing. The couch was also very dirty and smelly. The dishes were never checked and we had to rewash most of them and there wasn't a lot of silverware.

Villas details are not all true

. No internet in rooms; only in the lobby. To have Internet connection internet connection in your room, you must rent a router. . The carpet was dirty throughout our 3 bedroom villa . The beds were very uncomfortable . We had to request towels because they were not enough for six people and was we have to wait until house keeping comes in the morning

Not horrible, but could be much better!

It was very disappointing to us that Wifi was only available on the ground floor. The common areas were very warm. The room had a stale smell. Also, the Jacuzzi tub was only a sunken tub. Also, we had reserved a 3 bedroom, and they had us reserved for a 2 bedroom. The room was dated and the couch/couch bed was gross. The $45 cleaning fee is ridiculous, especially for 1 night.

Horrible and Disgusting Experience

When we arrived there was an altercation in the lobby so a gentlemen asked the front desk rep. to stop checking us in to call the sheriff. I assume they are short staffed. First of all it was filthy on the carpets leading to the room, the hallways smelled of marijuana. The room was dirty, there were crumbs under the beds and in the cushions of the chairs, some of the furniture was broken, the curtains and the blinds need to be replaced. Not many dishes are glasses in the room, the ironing board was broken so I had to iron on the kitchen counter, and all the mattresses need to be replaced, the King bed I slept in left imprints from the mattress in my back so I slept on the sofa bed the second night which was a little better. I have been a guest at this hotel since they opened their doors, but after this visit I will be taking my business elsewhere. They need to upgrade, lower their prices for the inconvenience of staying there, or close their door.s. I would not recommend this resort unless you just need somewhere to sleep. Also the pool was dirty and so was the overall property.

The only issue we had was concerning internet and Wifi the web site clearly stated free wifi this was NOT the case in order use wifi you have RENT a router in for my 3 day stay it was $50 cash deposit , at check $20 back ...costing me $10 a day for Wifi everything was great

Stay 2 nights kitchen was not stocked with proper items. No info about free wifi. Condo was dated and carpet was filthy. Towels were very cheap. Had to pay a cleaning fee. Had to clean myself should have paid me

Staff and service was exceptionall. This is the second time we have stayed there, it is definately in need of updates, but for the price, our family was able to all stay together. It is basically a 3 bedroom apartment with a balcony. There is no wifi

I'm still waiting to hear from MGMT

Pool was closed for the weekend. Room was dirty. Fridge did not work and there was two HUMONGOUS roaches in room. Say No to room 308. It's been 3 days and MGMT had yet to return ANY OF MY CALLS.

Poorly maintained, dirty room, with a nice pool.

I have been in many hotel rooms around the world and this was the worst! The carpeting was very badly stained throughout, the floors were dirty and the furniture was stained and dirty. The bathroom was moldy with a rusty curtain rod and some of the towels were not stained, but dirty.The A/C filter was clogged with dust, ice-maker didn't work (with no other ice available), hair dryer, alarm clock, lamp, and 3 GFI outlets didn't work. Advertised as accommodating 8 people, yet silverware & dinnerware was sparse:4 tablespoons, 4 forks, no teaspoons, 4 plates, 4 bowls (1 broken), no toaster, no teapot, only 1 blanket, and not enough towels.

Not picky people but going elsewhere next time.

Not good. We are not really picky about accommodations. Clean is mandatory though. We have been to this resort three times. The first time we were really impressed. The second time was still ok, but this time was bad. When we first got there our rooms thermostat was hanging off the wall and the air conditioning was not working. We were told that the maintenance man was notified and that he "might" be back tomorrow. After a significant amount of complaining, we were given another room. The carpet was filthy with big dark stains on the carpets. There wasn't barely any cook ware. Like 3 spoons and a few glasses. And that's in a 3 bedroom condo. The elevator broke down for a day a day was told it was fixed. But it wasn't. They had to call him back. And we were on the forth floor! The floor in the middle of the hallway looked like someone dropped something heavy on it because there was a hole in the floor under the carpet. The price is great, but we will be going somewhere else next time.

Nice but needs major updating

My girlfriend and I stayed from 4/24-5/1 in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Our stay was nice. We got to our condo and realized that our refrigerator wasn't working. We called the front desk and after some back-and-forth calls they finally replaced our refrigerator. The bed in our suite was unbelievable hard. There needs to be some MAJOR updating and cleaning in each condo and the property. The location for us was wonderful! The pool area needs a better gate to keep the wildlife out. We didn't use the pool area because we noticed that raccoons we're wandering around the pool during the night hours. The outside of the building needs to be power washed or resided because it is weathered badly. The description on the website says there's a convenience store of some type on the property there are none only vending machines. We did not use the gym or the sauna no specific reason there was just no time and our plans for. We didn't know prior to placing a reservation that housekeeping wasn't daily or every other day so we had to purchase a broom and other cleaning supplies to help keep our stay tidy. We had to pay a $45 housekeeping charge at check-in and then we found out that that's the fee for the condo to be cleaned after we check out. We will definitely stay again and recommend this location to others but just be mindful of the things that I mentioned above. Not a horrible place stay while on vacation. We did not use the second bedroom or bathroom but it needs updating as well.
