Welcome to our amazing 5 bed/4.5 bath townhouse in the beautiful Solara Resort! This house offers everything you want (and more) for a wonderful vacation with family and/or friends!

Main Bedroom (first floor): King bed with ensuite bathroom.

Private pool/spa (combined, not separate) with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.

Very close to Walt Disney World, as well as other attractions and state parks.
Conveniently located near US 192 and highway 27, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and main roads.

➤ Important Note
Guests will receive an initial welcome pack with 5 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 2 garbage bags, 2 laundry pods, 2 dish pods and a small bottle of dish detergent. After that, it is the guest’s responsibility to restock these items for the remainder of their stay since the house is self catering.
Pool heat is not included, costs are $ 30 per day.

➤ Guest Access & Parking
Please come up to the main guard gate located at Westside Boulevard and Sunset Palms. Use the left lane to register with the guard and enter the resort.
To check in to the resort and be registered in the system for your stay, you will need to show your driver's license or passport and the confirmation email for your stay.
We don't utilize gate codes, since everyone is registered by the guard at the main gate.
Once you are registered one time, you can come and go as you please during the length of your stay, the gate for this house is on the opposite side of the main gate.

Full access to the entire unit—make yourself at home!
Please note: The owner’s closet in the master closet will remain locked and is not accessible to guests.
The house doesn't have it's own parking but there's plenty of spaces in front of the house.
