The Space:
*Be our first guests* When planning your next Disney vacation, be sure to book a stay at this modern and cozy townhome located at the new Windsor Island Resort. Close to it all; delicious restaurants, fun shops, and magical amusements await at every corner. Walk inside your retreat and enjoy the bubbly atmosphere that flows effortlessly throughout each room. The main living area is a great place to kick back and lounge with your family as you tune into a movie on the large TV. In the adjacent full kitchen, you'll find gleaming granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a Breakfast Bar. Meals can be enjoyed here, or at the formal dining table. Sweet dreams are guaranteed in the playfully decorated bedrooms. With plush bedding and central air-conditioning, rest assured that each guest will be content and comfortable with their designated sleeping space. Kids may even be pleasantly surprised to be sharing their room with their favorite Disney character - Harry Potter and Avengers!!! Additional interior perks include the extra hangout room, with a queen sofa bed, as well as a private washer/dryer. A true focal point of your stay is the beautiful enclosed patio. Here, sun-filled pool days are inevitable and playful camaraderie is encouraged.

At first glance the property was very nice. Leading up to our stay the host was awful at answering questions or getting back to us. There was a question over how much to heat the pool then they refused to get back t. o me and never turned the pool heat on as I requested. The worst part about our stay was 2 people were showering in separate bathrooms upstairs when the plumbing backed up and raw sewage started coming up through the drains. The toilets all started bubbling. The smell was awful. We were afraid to use those showers again one of which was the primary bedroom. We had no way to clean it. I wrote to the host explaining everything and never got a response. I have opened a case with Vrbo it has been almost 2 weeks and we have heard nothing from the host. We also left a message when we got there asking if we could use the grill. Again no response. We have stayed at many other rental properties but have never experienced such poor communication and awful responsiveness to problems and requests. the
