Resort Access & Private Pool | Disney Dream Home – Under the Sea by AvantStay
The house was spacious and clean. Location was good. Some small maintenance items that were addressed quickly when the hosts were notified. Pool was clean and well maintained. The community facilities were a good bonus. Multi generation family visit and there was something for all ages.

Checking in was a hassle. The office doesn't have thr new guests name or names. The rental is still showing under the last guests. Marvel Villa - 20 minutes to Disney
When it comes to hosts- Chris is second to none. The home was immaculate and the communication with him was prompt and precise. I honestly didn’t know that some hosts were as on top of things as Chris is at all times. Highly recommend if you’re truly looking for a stress free stay.

Minutes from Disney! Clean family size Townhouse with a private pool.
The townhouse was plenty spacious for our group of 7. Our kids loved the pool and used it daily. The kitchen had a good variety of items.
