# 515 Lakeside Hideaway: Brand New Renovation - spiaggia privata a soli 10 piedi da Crystal Lake! Non vorrai mai lasciare questo splendido cottage sul lago con viste spettacolari dalla maggior parte delle stanze. Il lato del lago della casa è dove potrai goderti tutto il tuo tempo guardando il sole che brilla sull'acqua, ascoltando gli uccelli che cantano e ammirando le splendide albe e tramonti con caffè o cocktail in mano. All'interno troverete una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e altre 2 camere da letto con 2 letti singoli ciascuna. La cucina, è molto ben attrezzata per preparare i pasti, e grigliare all'aperto è anche una grande opzione. Goditi le serate sul lago giocando a carte, giocando a biliardino o raccontando storie sul grande portico schermato. Portate (o noleggiate localmente) le vostre canne da pesca o stand up paddle board, o sentitevi liberi di usare i nuovi kayak o tavole SUP per godervi questo grande lago d'acqua dolce. Se si desidera il ruggito dell'oceano, la famosa spiaggia di Nauset o Skaket Beach, a Cape Cod Bay, sono a soli cinque minuti di distanza. Il mercato di Nauset e l'East Orleans Village sono tutti a 5 minuti e sono ottimi per ristoranti, negozi e alimentari. Non sono ammessi animali in questa struttura.

Beautiful Home on Crystal Lake

Our family very much enjoyed our stay on Crystal Lake. The home is in a secluded location, but short driving distance to Orleans and Nauset beach. The house was comfortable and well appointed, stocked with everything we needed. We made great use of the kayaks and paddleboards on the lake, too. Would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful house . But they need a checklist. And in late and no corkscrew. Pretty much ruined first

Need agent to work on call and deliver missing item (corkscrew) to house. Not wait till next day on a two night stay. Very disappointed in management company. Could have been a 5 Star ! Beautiful house.

Lovely Lake House!

My family and I could not have been happier with this newly renovated property (and looks better in person than in photos). It had plenty of room for the 5 of us, was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, had every amenity we needed, and the most spectacular views of the lake from almost every room! The location of this home was the best part, situated in a private, quiet area right on a beautiful lake! Kayaks & paddle boards (in excellent condition) made the lake location even better!! We spent more time at the lake than at the beach. Nauset Beach is just a 5 minute drive as is the great town of Orleans. I have been renting in Orleans every summer for 20 years and this was the best location we have stayed at (again right on the lake!) The entire team at Del Mar Rental was exceptional, friendly, professional, and extremely provided easy check-in and check-out! Would definitely recommend this property and renting with Del Mar Rentals! Hoping to return next year!! Thank you!

Best place in Orleans!

This is our favorite rental we’ve had on the Cape. We have rented on 3 different occasions. It has everything you need for a wonderful Cape experience including a boat house full of toys. There is nothing better after a day at the ocean coming back and swimming in the fresh lake. And the house is set up perfectly. We will be back again!

Great place to stay

This property was delightful. Quaint, quiet and comfortable. The walls are a little thin but with adults, it was no issue. The lake was beautiful. Our only regret is that we did not spend more time there!!!

Love this house and lake!

Cozy and well supplied. Everything is so well labeled and easy to figure out. The tv is a little tricky but we figured it out after rebooting the cable box. We also had to reboot the internet router several times. Otherwise, this house is heaven. Our 2nd time renting it and we hope to do so again. Close to Nauset beach. The lake and dock area are simply lovely. I wish I could wake up there forever!

Wonderful Lake Front Property!

This was the perfect house for a family vacation on the Cape. Wonderful interior with all the amenities you need. The boat house is filled with toys to use on beautiful Crystal Lake. We used the stand up paddle boards every morning! We have already booked our next vacation here!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our vacation thoroughly. Our vacation this year was to explore the outer cape, and did we ever! The location could not have been better, spending the day exploring beaches, then in the evening coming back to the lake to relax. The home is very well appointed, everything was available that we could possibly have needed. And oh so comfortable.

AWESOME GIRLS WEEK...

My daughter and I had an amazing time at this beautiful property for the week. The house was not only outfitted with every luxury one could imagine, but it was peaceful, private and spotless! My daughter and I had an amazing time biking to Nauset beach everyday and having fun with at the lake in the afternoons. I will for sure rent this property again. Thank you!

Beautiful location; lovely house

Spent a week at this lovely home. It has a picture perfect view of Crystal Lake from living room windows. The house feels really private and yet it is less than 10min drive from Orleans’ grocery stores & restaurants. It is nicely furnished—and all of the furnishings seemed new (or, at the least, very well cared for). The kayaks and stand-up paddle boards were easy to access and the lake (just a few steps away) were terrific additions. Outdoor grill worked perfectly (with a nice view of front yard). Beds (in all three bedrooms) were comfy and provided linens soft/nice. Internet worked great (with signal strongest in living room/basement). Lower level/basement SMART TV has Netflix & Amazon. Everything is labeled—so there’s no mystery about what is in a drawer or which light switch to turn on.

Impeccable digs! The lake house was everything we had hoped for. “Clean, comfortable and conveniently “located. ( hence the Title. The water sporting goods was a bonus so we could enjoy Crystal Lake to the fullest. The house had all the amenities anyone should need. Great Location!!

The home was everything as advertised. Good amenities with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Central A/C was great to have available. The house was close to Nauset Beach So we enjoy both the beach and the lake. Best of both worlds. The house had kayaks, long boards, floats and beach chairs. The check in and check out process was very easy. Working with Del Mar Vacations was a great experience..

One of the best Homeaway rentals ever!

It is hard to say which was more amazing the location or the property itself - clean, well equipped, decorating is perfect and lots of space! Everything we needed was provided! And then there was the peaceful lake - it was hard to even bring ourselves to leave the property for the beach! We did run into communication issues with Property manager - first they were unable to process our card (we had received new ones since first payment) but never notified us then we got a last minute e-mail that we hadn't paid! After a couple calls (still didn't process after first call giving them new number) we got is all set. Second issue was that there was a huge wasp nest by entry and my husband got stung and had an allergic reaction. We called twice to get it removed - the handyman finally stopped by after day 3 (he didn't know anything about it but went ahead and took care of it) seems they are having some trouble keeping track of issues in main office. Despite the organizational challenges we will definitely be back! Just a great unit.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean, in a great neighborhood, and everything looked like it was brand new. The bathrooms were great the kitchen, living , and downstairs tv were all perfect. Would recommend this place to anyone, and I already did have some people say they were interested because of my recommendation
