Vista sull'oceano ea soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Nauset e dall'Oceano Atlantico, The Friendship House offre comfort a casa lontano da casa per una piccola famiglia o una coppia.

Una grande cucina luminosa completamente attrezzata è pronta per lo chef o per piatti semplici. L'accogliente sala da pranzo confina con la cucina e fuori dalla sala da pranzo è una zona soggiorno per l'intrattenimento TV o ascoltare il surf quando il vento viene dall'oceano. L'ampio soggiorno ha un camino e TV. Una doccia esterna ha acqua calda e fredda, ottima dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Window AC è cool in tutta la casa.

La Friendship House comprende la casa principale, disponibile per l'affitto. Un'abitazione separata adiacente alla casa e un appartamento sopra un garage indipendente vengono affittati su base annuale. Il proprietario risiede sulla proprietà. È disponibile un ampio parcheggio.

Da questa affascinante casa sulla spiaggia goditi tutte le attività all'aperto. I pass per il parcheggio settimanali sono disponibili a Nauset Beach e Skaket Beach, nota per i suoi lunghi banchi di sabbia e le numerose piscine di marea, molto divertenti per i bambini di tutte le età.

Accessori da spiaggia: asciugamani, sedie, frigoriferi, parabrezza, ecc ... sono forniti. Noleggia una tavola da surf o una bogie board e cavalca le onde a Nauset. Dopo uno sguardo oscuro su TUTTE le stelle, libere dalla nuvola di inquinamento luminoso.

Le spese di pulizia sono incluse nelle tariffe settimanali.

Relaxing home, great kitchen (maybe the best-equipped we've experienced in a rental unit), loved the barbecue on the deck. Home itself is spacious with two sitting areas. Short 10 minute walk to Nauset Beach, which is delightful. David is quick to respond to any questions. Wonderful experience.

The House is absolutely amazing! Very clean and cozy, from the first step it seems like you came to visit a very close and loving relative. 10 minutes walking to a wonderful, clean, sandy beach with lifeguards, and we enjoyed swimming with seals for all the time we were there :)Thank you, David, for letting us stay at your stunning place!

Repeat visitor repeatedly satisfied

This is the fourth (fifth?) time we have stayed at this property. It is a convenient walk down to Nauset Beach, and in the other direction a short drive to the markets, shops and restaurants in Orleans and East Orleans. The kitchen is very well stocked for anyone who wants to cook in, which we did several times during our two week stay. The living area is comfortable for TV or reading, and we slept well on the beds. We plan to be back next summer. That should suggest something pretty positive.

Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic week at the property. Everything was as-listed and everything we needed for our stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, and great location in Orleans to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and shopping. David was responsive and easy to work with beforehand and during our stay. Highly recommended!

A Comfortable Stay

This is our second time renting this property and it continues to please. It's comfortable, in a wonderful setting, and walkable to Nauset Beach, where parking has increased to $30. We use the well stocked kitchen for meals, and the living room for evening TV. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Total Relaxation

It’s been a couple of years since we were at The Cape. This is our favorite location, Nauset Beach, Orleans, Chatham and Brewster. The house was in a great location, central to all we wanted to do and a 10 min walk to the beach. The house was well equipped for day to day needs. Everything was clean and organized. The area is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

The cottage was easy to locate, all the charm of Cape cottage. David, owner, greeted us on arrival and was friendly and helpful. Spotless home had been his mother’s. I could feel the love in that house. The kitchen had every utensil and plate imaginable. Cupboards had spices and cupboards every plate and cup and glass for a big party. Parking and entrance are in the rear of the house. There’s a large back deck with outdoor dining. The beds were comfortable with extra throws if the nights had been cool. Nauset Beach was perhaps a mile away. We drove down, could have walked. Orleans is a charming town with restaurants, shops, playhouse and grocery stores. Everything we could want without being a tourist trap. Real people live here.

Our usual comfortable stay

We have stayed at this property multiple times and likely will again. It is a great location, parking around the back. It is clean and ready when we arrive. There is a large kitchen with a center island, oodles of kitchen supplies and equipment. We walk down and back from Nauset Beach, and it's only about a three minute drive into Orleans and stores, restaurants, and the Cape Cod rail trail. Enjoy.

Nauset beach vacation

My brother and I have been going to the Cape every summer since around 1955. Two years ago we sold our parents vacation home in Orleans. This place reminded us of our parents place- very homey, lots of memorabilia and totally equipped with everything anyone would need for a pleasant stay. We walked to the beach. The owner was helpful and genial. Would gladly go again.

A picture pe4fect stay

There is plenty of room in this house only a 0.6 mile walk from Nauset Beach parking is now $30 !). We walked down every day. There is a large, well-provisioned kitchen with an island for extra counter space, a family room and a large living room (both with TVs), and a large deck and outdoor table. Dave lives in an apartment on site, so he was responsive to a couple of first day questions, and showed us a basement are where we could store our bikes. All in, a great place to stay. We'll see Dave again next year!

Wonderful week on the Cape!

Property was just as photos show. Darling little cottage, well loved and cared for. Although we had absolutely no issues whatsoever, I think the description should be clearer that the owner lives in the same home, on the other side, and upstairs. It should also mention that there's another rental directly behind, above the detached garage. Beach parking is $30/day; however we went many times in the early morning and after 5pm at no charge and it was lovely! Highly recommend The Barley Neck restaurant right down the street, as well as smitty's homemade ice cream! We weren't fans of "The Whisk". Dave is very nice and avaliable. Very nice area, gorgeous Nauset Beach! Thanks for having us!

Sweet spot close to Nauset!

Our family of 4 loved staying here! Plenty of room in what is clearly a well-loved family home. Nice backdoor porch with a distant partial view of the ocean. Bedrooms are spacious, and nice to have 2 sitting/living areas. Kitchen is fully stocked, has absolutely everything you need! Very easy distance from Nauset beach....no sidewalks so not great for walking with little ones, but we would drive down and one adult would drop the family off and then park back at the house and walk over. Worked out very well. Nauset beach is absolutely stunning, one of the best beaches in the cape. Check out the morning beach yoga classes there! Plenty of beach stuff (chairs, boogie boards) to use. Dave, who lives on the property in the adjacent apartment, was a helpful and accommodating host. Check in and out was super simple. Lovely experience, exactly what we wanted for a summer beach vacation.

Disclaimer: I did not personally stay at the property. I rented this for my Mom for her birthday. She stayed there with 3 other adults all 60 years of age.Everything about the property and location was amazing. 5 stars, truly.The issue I have is the lack of CLEARLY stating the the owner is LIVING IN THE HOUSE with the guests. Now, is it possible I missed that being called out on the listing? Absolutely. If it were just that, I would consider the problem to be on me as I didn't read the listing properly. If this information were listed (which again, I did not see) I still would not expect the host to be IN THE HOUSE. Imagine you are having a conversation with your family and the host just pops his head out from the upstairs window and joins in. Or you are in your bedroom chatting with your spouse and you hear the owner comment to you through the wall or door... No... I'm sorry .. .that is not an acceptable experience. The host was a verry very nice man and the property is very nice, but I was mislead. I'm leaving this review so that others have the PROPER information to make informed choices.
