  • Questa casa calda e accogliente con 7 camere da letto e 4 bagni si sviluppa su 4 piani di camere confortevoli con ampie zone giorno e un cortile privato completamente recintato. Perfettamente situato a South Orleans, la casa si trova a pochi minuti dai villaggi di Capeham di Chatham, Brewster ed Orleans. Una bellissima spiaggia sulla pittoresca Pleasant Bay è proprio in fondo alla strada.

    Una piscina oblunga unica di sessanta piedi domina il cortile sul retro ed è completamente privata. I cortili anteriore, laterale e posteriore si svolgono su un acro, ricco di giardini e pieno di fiori per godere.

    La cucina presenta una grande isola con ripiani in granito, un piano cottura vichingo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di fascia alta e un tavolo da fattoria francese di campagna che può ospitare comodamente un grande gruppo.

    Un enorme ponte esterno in mogano confina con una sauna in cedro per 5 persone e una doccia esterna in stile barile di mogano dal design intelligente. Una grande vasca idromassaggio completa i servizi del resort. Una griglia barbecue a gas Weber Genesis e una buca per il fuoco all'aperto, oltre a un generoso assortimento di morbide sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni multipli, rendono "uscire a bordo piscina" un'esperienza pari a quella di qualsiasi hotel a cinque stelle. (Nota: la grande vasca idromassaggio è disponibile solo in bassa stagione.)

    Due delle sette camere sono dotate di bagno, un'altra è molto grande e dispone di una confortevole area salotto con TV. I quattro bagni sono tutti dotati di doccia e due bagni sono inoltre dotati di vasca, una con vasca idromassaggio (vedere le descrizioni complete di seguito).

    La camera rumpus / camera da letto in cantina può ospitare 6 in due letti matrimoniali e due letti singoli. Qui i bambini (e gli adulti) hanno un posto speciale dove rilassarsi con una smart TV e un piccolo palcoscenico per lo spettacolo !.

This was the perfect property for what we needed and it is beautiful. The house was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the hosts left a sweet gift at check-in, and were easy to communicate with. It could not have gone better.

The house was PERFECT for our family holiday celebration. We loved spending time together in the living rooms and very spacious kitchen. We also really enjoyed the piano, sauna, hot tub and large fireplace. The location is great for getting to Chatham, Orleans and multiple beaches. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay extra special!

We rented this lovely, welcoming house for five nights to spend with friends who meet together on the Cape every year. Everything was as close to perfect as could be, from the easy check-in to the flawless communication with the owner, to our terrific dinners cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, to our time on the deck in the sauna and the pool. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful family home with comfortable gathering spaces for our extended family. We enjoyed the pool and deck areas every day as we had great weather, but the indoor spaces are equally appealing and accomdating. Our host was welcoming and responsive. We had a great week!

Jeff, our host was excellent in every way. He gave us clear information and instructions. He also responded promptly to resolve some of the issues. The kitchen was huge, fully equipped with everything needed for our extended family of 13. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, and an extra stand alone freezer was a huge plus. The pool was large and much enjoyed by our family. The deck was large and suitable for outdoor barbecue and dining. The house has many bedrooms, and can sleep at least 17 because of the extra bunk beds and roller beds. The second floor master bedroom with en suite bath was beautiful. The two other bedrooms with shared bath are also nice. The third floor’s contiguous bedrooms and bath worked for a family of 4. The first floor bedroom was very small, and the bathroom was the only one for the entire floor. The sitting rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. The piano was very much enjoyed by our family. To be able to bring our dog was another plus. The grounds surrounding the house was beautifully landscaped with splashes of color from day lilies, hydrangeas and other flowering plants. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our one-week stay in Cape Cod.

Beautiful property

We had a large group that stayed at the house over a long weekend. We ended up staying in due to the weather and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and many things to do. Really clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun stay in Orleans

My husband & I enjoyed a week here with our 4 children their spouses & 6 grandchildren, ages 3-8. The huge kitchen & especially the pool were a hit with everyone. The bedrooms were not ideal but we made it work.

A bit of heaven

We had a family gathering with 10 adults and kids from 3-16. The house was perfect with enough room to spread out and a dream kitchen/dining area. The deck and pool were terrific and it is in a great location. Jeff and Mary were wonderful and responsive hosts.

High School Graduation Class Trip

Accommodating, spacious. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and fun outdoor vibe for 16 teenagers and 3 teachers. The host was easy going, yet professional and considerate. Highly recommend for a large group.

Amazing, comfortable stay

We loved Jeff and Mary's place! Booked for a Cape bachelorette party and knew the weather might be iffy so we wanted some place cozy. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures, with comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. And entertaining ready with a stereo system, a beautiful patio, and large tvs. Jeff is very prepared with check-in materials and super communicative. Totally recommend their place!

Family Reunion for 90th bday of grandmother

17 of us stayed in Jeff's home and it was perfect for our family reunion with family aged 17-90. The best part was the huge well stocked kitchen and the beautiful outdoor space with a pretty pool and lots of seating. Jeff was super responsive and pleasant and easy to deal with. We had a fun day doing Art's Dune Tour in Provincetown and lobster rolls at Day's Deli nearby. Highly recommend.

Listing exactly as described. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 6 children. Host was extremely attentive and available. Pool, bunk beds, stage with karaoke machine, big hit with the kids. Nearby beaches, especially Skaket, were beautiful. Well equipped kitchen.

September family reunion

This house was a great fit for our family get-together. The kitchen was a cook's delight! It was well-stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware for all of us, along with an assortment of pots, pans, and kitchen accessories. The large table in the kitchen allowed us to eat together and play games/puzzles. There was plenty of room in the house so we weren't on top of each other. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house in a heartbeat.

Cape Cod vacation

Perfect venue and layout for our large extended family with each family group having their own area and bathroom and the teen boys in the bunk room. Great central location to explore the Cape and your dog can explore worry free in the large fenced in yard. Pool also got a lot of use. The A/C unit for the bunk room failed during our stay but owner had a new unit delivered within hours and we just hooked it up since install was easy.

Wonderful property, exactly as advertised, responsive owner

12 friends had a fabulous time escaping to this beautiful home. Everything from the kitchen to the sauna was well-used and much-enjoyed. Having a soaking tub and also whirlpool tubs inside and outside? Glorious. Everything was precisely as advertised, and when we had a question, the owner was extremely responsive and courteous. We were delighted with our experience and hope to come back again!

Perfect family retreat

My family and I were so pleased with this beautiful house! Tucked away on a lovely landscaped and private lot, In ground pool, sauna and outdoor shower were perfect for staying home with the three babies. The bedrooms were spacious enough to accommodate full sized cribs. The Huge farm table in the kitchen allowed us to have a big family dinner every night. We had a BBQ and sat by the fire pit and stared at the sky with a million stars. Absolutely epic vacay in a perfect cape house! I recommend this house to anyone with a large party of guests who just want to relax! Jeff is a great host and answers texts immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Cape Cod beauty

What a beautiful and welcoming home that so many people were able to enjoy making so many wonderful family memories there together! It was like a precious gem that was secluded and private like it’s own compound. It was like a retreat with all the amenities like the pool and sauna and hot tub and so many living spaces…to read, lounge or enjoy playing a game. So grateful to have enjoyed spending time there with others enjoying every detail of the property providing anything and everything to make an unmistakable memory for all that were there. The home felt like it was a welcoming warm hug the moment you walked up the front path to the front door. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. This is the first vrbo I have rented that is actually larger than it looks online. A true "10"
