Walk to Little Pleasant Bay Beach from this newly decorated pet friendly cottage. Sleeping 6 - this rental has one bedroom on the first floor (king bed) with a window ac unit, a loft with a queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a stand up ac. Relax with a hot coffee or a cool drink on the patio out front, and enjoy the beautiful yard and plantings. Brand new outdoor shower for your use after the beach! Situated between Orleans and Chatham, it's an easy drive to either Nauset or Skaket Beach. You can also bring the family dog, as this home is dog friendly (2 dogs max); so ask your agent for details-$150 fee will apply. Parking for 2 cars. Also provided: a "Welcome Bag" with your paper and cleaning products in a reusable tote, all compliments of the owner. This rental is attached to a main house that will have caretakers on site. Super cute, centrally located cottage

SUCH a cute place! Loved renting here. Centrally located to Harwich, Orleans and Chatham. Decorated beautifully and Ted the owner stopped in on the first day to make sure I was all set. I really appreciated the bedroom window AC and the floor unit I could set up in the main area as well as the brand new washer/dryer since I was traveling with a 4 mo infant. Would definitely rent again!

Great little gateway & neighborhood

We had a great time! House was clean and as advertised. Access to WiFi and TV streaming. The walk to the beach is a small walk through wooded patch but lovely and private. Only downside was having to drive to another town to check in and out with property management company.

Comfie, wonderfully decorated cottage nicely positioned as a mid-cape getaway

This cottage has been the nicest rental property we've stayed at in terms of decorations and attention to comfort. When we arrived, the Alexa was playing some wonderful music to welcome us, and we left it on for the rest of the evening because we liked it so much. The bed was comfortable, the art fun, and the TV had Netflix when we wound down after a day at the beach. I spent each morning reading in the "egg" hanging chairs as a comfortable way to start the day. My only slight nuisance for the property had nothing to do with the property itself. You have to drive 15 minutes away from the cottage to receive/drop off the keys in Chatham. Since we were receiving a bag with the keys/materials left outside on a porch, it's unclear why the bag and keys couldn't be left at the property itself instead of making us drive an extra half hour before checking in, but this is how the rental agency has this set up. That was a bit of inconvenience. This is a pleasant and peaceful spot.

Great Vacation

Well cared for property. My favorite part was the quick walk to the private beach on pleasant bay. It was a wooded area that came magically to the beach. Quiet and relaxing! The property has everything you need. Everything was pristine and easy. Beautiful outside reading area. Orleans has so much to offer and easy access to the many things there were to do! Close by we’re walking trails but we ran out of time to go. We spent a lot of time relaxing and embracing beautiful Cape Cod.

Absolutely beautiful, peaceful cottage

We were greeted by a beautiful bouquet of flowers from the garden and Melanie Gardot playing on the Alexia. The cottage and grounds were beautiful and our host Greg was very friendly without being intrusive. Cottage was well-appointed and we had everything we needed for our week there, including a fire stick with lots of tv viewing options. Loved the outdoor shower and lovely walk to pleasant bay beach. Great location for accessing Nauset Beach, Orleans and Chatham shops and restaurants. Hope to rent here again next summer!

Lovely!

We had a great stay. The outside seating areas were so cute and we used them all the time. Nice walk to Pleasant Bay. The cottage was adorable and perfect for our family of 3. The owners are super sweet and friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay.
