Unlike the longer, traffic-heavy drives to Muskoka, Lake Joseph, or Lake Rousseau, our cottage offers the same luxury experience—without sacrificing time or adding to your stress levels. After owning a cottage on Lake Muskoka, we sought a location that allowed us to spend more time enjoying weekends instead of being stuck in traffic. We’ve found the perfect balance of nature, convenience, and accessibility with this cottage.

From your own private Infinity pool to an open concept living and dining room area with 20 ft ceilings to a boathouse with lounge area and unobstructed views to a full gym with weights, treadmill and yoga area to your very own putting green, this property has it all. The cottage sleeps 8-10 people with 4 separate bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms plus powder room, office and reading areas, large laundry room and a downstairs game room with full bar, pool table, darts and big screen TV.

Our unique location offers you the best of both worlds. You can either completely disconnect from the world or remote work with full access to blazing fast 2GB high-speed WIFI and great cell reception. We are just a 15 minute drive to world class resorts, LA Fitness and other year-round activities or you can cocoon in this private and secluded oasis that has everything you need.

We provide all the amenities you need for your stay, including, unlimited WIFI, paper products, bath products (hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner), small appliances (i.e., air fryer, Miele coffee machine, crock pot, etc.), basic cooking essentials (i.e., salt, pepper, oils, spices, etc.). The cottage is professionally cleaned after each stay with additional cleaning being available upon request (for a fee). A private chef, yoga instruction and in-home massages can also be arranged.

​Enjoy direct access to Hwy 400 and the nearby cities of Barrie and Orillia, each offering various shopping, dining, and year-round family fun activities. You are right across the lake from Friday Harbour Marina—perfect for boat trips to explore its restaurants, gourmet shops, spa, and vibrant outdoor entertainment. We are also less than 20 minutes away from multiple ski hills, golf courses, hiking trails and resorts, including Horseshoe Mountain Resort, which offers skiing (alpine and cross country), snowboarding, snowshoeing, snow tubing, golfing, rock climbing, mountain biking, and much more.

The cottage includes: high-end appliances (fridge/freezer, stove, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher); a pantry with second fridge and all the small appliances you need (toaster, air fryer, toaster oven, Instapot); Miele and Keurig coffee makers; dishes, pots, pans and serving platters as well as basic cooking supplies (spices, cooking oils, etc.

​- Master Bedroom Suite: The master on the main floor offers ultimate luxury and comfort with a king-sized bed, 10 ft cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace, closet and dresser, 70" TV, and a private walkout to the lake. Wake up to breathtaking sunrise views over the water—without leaving your bed.

​- Three Additional Bedrooms Upstairs: (1) West Bedroom with Queen Bed, Office Area & Private Full Bathroom; (2) East Bedroom with Queen Bed and Full Bathroom; (3) East Lakeside Bedroom with 2 Double Beds, Office Area and Full Bathroom. All bedrooms include ceiling fans, closets and fresh linens.

- Upstair Reading Area: Secluded sitting/reading area are above open-concept Living Room area with 20 ft ceilings.

- Professional-Grade Gym: A full gym with leg press, bench press and squat machines, full dumb bell set and rack, treadmill; yoga and stretch area, TV as well as cushioned floors and mirrors throughout. Guests wanting access to the gym during their stay must sign a liability waiver.

- Large Outdoor Dining Area, Infinity Pool & Fire Pit: Take in endless lake views from your sheltered outdoor dining area with 20 ft ceilings with a large BBQ with direct gas line hook up, a heated Infinity pool, and a gas fire pit lounge area that is perfect for drinks, visiting and stargazing. The timber-framed structure with several walkouts is perfect for alfresco dining and socializing. Designed for long summer nights filled with great food and conversation.

- Oversized Boathouse with Lounge Area: Two boat slip Boathouse with advanced marine rail system. Whether you're an avid boater or just love the water, this feature makes lake life effortless. Boat rentals can be arranged. Guests wanting access to and use of inside the Boathouse during their stay must sign a liability waiver. On top of the Boathouse, there is an expansive lounge area with comfy seating, tanning chairs and umbrellas. This area is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon tanning or sunset cocktails.

- Large Dock, Lakeside Fire Pit, Putting Green & Landscaped Grounds: The property also includes a second fire pit and seating area adjacent to the lake as well as a dock with ladders for getting access to the water. Hone your golf short game with your own personal putting green or just unwind within the professionally landscaped outdoor area that ensures stunning views from every angle.
