“Check in and out process were very easy! Clean room. Wonderful breakfast with many options. Wonderful views of the mountains!! Close to trailheads, shopping, and many restaurants. Staff members were super friendly! ”

“One Desk Clerk, sick as a dog, greeted us. We didn't want any contact. She shouldn't have been there. Room was cold, then too hot. Stinky. Picture shows a Suite (it's in the name). But instead a small, cramped room. TV guide didn't work. Barking, whining dog 2 doors down. Won't return under any circumstances.”

“Great location in Oro Valley. Priced appropriately. The rooms could use a bit of a refresh. It was fairly easy to hear neighbors through the wall and people walking in the room above. Overall though the pricing of the room was fair for what you get. The breakfast choices were great! Great variety of options for everyone and the breakfast area and dining room were very well organized and clean! All of the staff that we interacted with at this hotel were incredibly helpful and kind!”

“Housekeeping and front desk staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet was poor. Food was ok but ran out quickly and was not replenished. No staff found to request replenishment. Coffee was in lobby only and ran out and was not promptly replenished. Coffee makers in rooms which may account for lack of coffee at breakfast buffet.”

“The room was HUGE! Everything was clean and comfy. We only stayed one night as we were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility. Looks to be ideal for long stays. Our hallway smelled like Indian food, which I loved but my daughter wasn’t a fan. The scent did not follow us into our room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! It was especially a great value for what I paid.”

“Nos hemos quedado muchas veces en este hotel y todo estaba bien, en esta última ocasión olvidamos los AirPods en la habitación, queríamos llegar por ellos pero la ubicación ahora es a 15 minutos del hotel… intentamos comunicarnos para que los guardaran ya que estaríamos pasando de regreso a los 4 días después pero no contestan. ”

“The homeless folks in the parking lot and outside hotel doors made my family uncomfortable. Hotel needs updating. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. If the need is for cheap overnight place to sleep and leave quickly it works.”
