“Great location, breakfast was good. Getting the room cleaned was an issue unless it was before 10am!”

“We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

“Great front desk staff. Decent gym. My room had some maintenance issues (peeling wall paper in bathroom). But overall a solid property and I would stay there again.”

“the place is obviously older and a bit outdated on the pullout mattress , the mattress was so thin you could feel the springs when laying down. it took a couple hours until i was able to actually fall asleep. luckily we just needed the stay for one night. breakfast was good but it was okay overall.”

“Pros: Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in. Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels. Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant.
