È composta da una spaziosa camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e doccia, un soggiorno con due letti singoli e la possibilità di aggiungere un terzo letto nella camera matrimoniale su richiesta, per adattarsi alle esigenze di famiglie o piccoli gruppi.
La cucina è abitabile, dotata di piano cottura a induzione e di tutto il necessario per preparare pranzi e cene in completa autonomia. L’acqua calda sanitaria è riscaldata da un pannello solare, nel rispetto dell’ambiente.
All’esterno vi aspetta un ampio patio, ideale per cenare all’aperto in totale tranquillità, circondati da una pineta privata di 6.000 m². Potrete rilassarvi tra l’amaca e il dondolo, respirando l’aria fresca e godendovi la quiete del luogo. Doccia esterna con acqua calda/fredda.

Il parcheggio è disponibile all’interno della proprietà, protetto e circondato dal verde. Per una maggiore sicurezza e tranquillità si consiglia di chiudere il cancello durante le ore serali.

It offers a spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom and shower, a living area with two single beds, and the option to add a third bed in the master bedroom upon request — ideal for families or small groups.
The fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop allows you to enjoy your meals comfortably at home. Hot water is provided through eco-friendly solar panels, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
